The Imperial Kingdom of Iceagea is a titanic, efficient nation, ruled by Tug with an even hand, and remarkable for its multi-spousal wedding ceremonies, infamous sell-swords, and prohibition of alcohol. The compassionate, cheerful population of 10.816 billion Iceageans have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

The enormous, corrupt government juggles the competing demands of Defense, Administration, and Education. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Tusko. The average income tax rate is 98.2%.

The frighteningly efficient Iceagean economy, worth a remarkable 2,027 trillion Neandes a year, is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry, with private enterprise illegal. The industrial sector, which is quite specialized, is led by the Arms Manufacturing industry, with major contributions from Tourism, Book Publishing, and Information Technology. Average income is an impressive 187,499 Neandes, and distributed extremely evenly, with little difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

It's not uncommon to see royalty hitchhiking to the nearest party, elementary school children develop thousand-yard stares, children need to wear helmets and safety harnesses before mounting a carousel horse, and citizens' new superpowers include immortal cells that can't stop replicating. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Iceagea's national animal is the Mammoth, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests.

Iceagea is ranked 222,535^th in the world and 609^th in Europe for Largest Insurance Industry, scoring -3.95 on the Risk Expulsion Effectiveness Rating.
