Blocking Recruitment Telegrams When you're ready to silence the storm of recruitment telegrams, do the following: ➤ Go to your Telegram Preferences. ➤ Click the Block All button for Recruitment. ➤ Click Update Filter. General Info ➤ Karma is a region run by different factions or guilds called "Circles". ➤ The region has a number of different Circles that have different values and focus on certain ideas and aspects. ➤ You can become encircled by contacting the Sage in charge of that Circle and passing their trial. The Government ➤ The Executive branch of the region comprises the Radial Council. ➤ The Radial Council is a group of 3 members from different Circles who are elected through a vote of the Encircled to serve a 3-month term. ➤ The Legislative branch of the region comprises the Assembly and the Speaker. ➤ The Assembly is the collection of all Encircled members who vote upon and make legislation. ➤ The Speaker of the Assembly heads Karma's legislative branch. They're elected in tandem with the Radial Council through a vote of the Encircled to serve a 3-month term. They lead all legislative discussions, post and verify votes, and archive Karmic law.
