How terrible. I hope that the federal government and the state government are able to front some of the cash so that repairs can be made. I wonder if there is any future storm-proofing that can be done for the Swannanoa and French Broad rivers. |

I was out of the country this past week. I've rather lost interest in the Zombie apocalypse. If you don't have people who can be up around the clock, the only way to do well is to be up around the clock spamming cure missiles yourself. No thank you I say. |

North Carolina is slowly recovering which is great to see. Sadly, there wasn't much help from the feds but individuals, churches and law enforcement agencies have been assisting. |
