Once the embassy between West Berlin and Republic of Hungary have been connected, or almost so, I can close those two embassies and not worry about this new Matrix region short circuiting the Oracle List. Currently, this region is still on the ORACLE LIST, but soon will be fully on the MATRIX LIST in another day. |
