Between The East Pacific and The Plains of Perdition in the update, I require three new Matrix Regions. Matrix Regions have a minimum of seven puppets, be password free, be over 54 hours old, and have their Oracle Embassies become official. Timing on removing the Oracle Embassies and the start of the Matrix Embassies is no longer as important as the Oracle Embassy Tool is currently not working. (see Texas for NSDossier Tools) This is an Ancient Lands associated region |

The region made the update, but the first (Oracle) region embassies did not. This will slow the transition to Full Matrix Status. Still require two other regions to fill in the block between The East Pacific and The Plains of Perdition to make a full block (7 regions). The next block may need more regions too (currently has 9 matrix regions and want a full 14 regions in that block). |
Seeing as this region never was an ORACLE styled region, I can begin making it a MATRIX styled region. |
Just have to be sure the regions do not have a password in place. Most regions accept new players. |
