Greetings! I am happy to have arrived here. I wish to present my Diplomatic Credentials. I am the Goodwill Ambassador-At-Large from the SECFanatics Region. I will be paying a courtesy visit to The Philippines Region for the next few days in the hopes of increasing friendship between our two great Regions. We apologize but we must leave The Philippines region sooner than expected. We have enjoyed our brief stay here, but a messenger has arrived from the SECFanatics Embassy with new orders from our Founder. The Message requested that we make an impromptu visit to The Cuckoos Egg Region, owing to their requirement that a personal "compelling representative" demonstrate the uniqueness of a region before diplomatic relations are established and embassies constructed. Travel arrangements have already been made by our SECFanatics embassy staff, and we asked that our apologies be conveyed to the Philippines' Department of Foreign Affairs for our hastiness and unseemliness in making our departure.
