I am allied to a lot of regions, and that was the result of this region changing from a holding (oracle) region to a puppet storage (matrix) region. My matrix regions are all open to embassy offers. It is strange that it was featured. I had long understood that a region needed at least 10 nations to be featured, and this region had 3 when it was selected. I wonder if this is a result of the site-wide crash, or if admin intentionally changed something with the featured region algorithm.
