When I change this region to a MATRIX REGION, I will also update the flag and banner too. Currently, I will be using the ORACLE FLAG and Ukraine banner. Embassy offers sent at this time, should be accepted before they expire. |
The initial two embassy offers are ORACLE EMBASSIES and when they are locked into the region's HISTORY, they will both be closed. By then, the initial MATRIX EMBASSIES should be accepted, but still PENDING. This is to prevent the MATRIX EMBASSIES from corrupting my ORACLE LIST. If that makes sense. |

Forgot to get back here to remove the two oracle embassies. They shortcircuted the oracle embassy list, cutting off some 200 plus regions from The rejected Realms to Shan Empire. |
