Seems that the few remaining requires a lot more puppets each to enumerate those regions. |

I use these puppets to figure out the order of regions in the update, especially when I am creating a new region. Seeing as the dossier tools in Texas are not working, I use these puppets in one of two ways. Park a puppet in each of the regions that are being enumerated or park 40 or more puppets in the one region being checked, which causes the region to cross over a time block. |
