Ministry of Health
With the promise of rebuilding our great Empire, the Cabinet has accepted His Imperial Majesty's Nomination for Raye Seah as the Minister of Health. After a thorough vetting by an independent committee appointed and approved by the Cabinet, Raye Seah has been appointed Minister of Health of the Ramility Empire.

The Imperial Senate
As the number of members of this Empire increased, His Imperial Majesty accepted the Cabinet's Proposal to form an Imperial Senate, which will act as the Voice of each nation in the Ramility Empire.
How it works:
Each member state shall appoint a member of their government to the position of Senator. He/She shall represent their region during our monthly Regional Meetings and Emergency meetings. A President of the Senate shall be the presiding Officer and shall maintain order in the Senate throughout its meetings. The Powers of the Senate and its President shall be discussed and decided soon. We seek the cooperation from each Member State to appoint a Senator and inform the me as soon as possible.

The Imperial Senate
Greetings my loyal subjects!

With the final nomination for Senator vetted and approved by the Imperial Security Bureau, I hereby declare that the Imperial Senate is now opened! The first session will be overseen by the Imperial Crown Prince, Great Goh Nation today at 1500 GMT+8. Before the Session, all Imperial Senators are to propose at least 1 bill, which shall be voted on and debated in the Senate. Furthermore, Senators are required to nominate and vote for a Imperial Chancellor of the Senate.

The Imperial Senate has the authority to remove a sitting Prime Minister and Cabinet members and may block the Cabinet's proposed bills and may remove signed bills from Law. The Imperial Senate may also propose the deposition of the Imperial Crown Prince and punishment of Members of the Imperial Family.

During a meeting with my Cabinet, we decided to change the Head of the Senate from President to Imperial Chancellor. Currently, there is no Imperial Chancellor. Hence, the Imperial Crown Prince, Great Goh Nation shall act as the Imperial Chancellor to preside over Senate Sessions until the Senate has decided on an Imperial Chancellor.

Powers of the Imperial Chancellor of the Senate
As Imperial Chancellor of the Senate, he/she presides over the Imperial Senate Sessions and is tasked with maintaining order during the Sessions. They are tasked with ensuring that each Senator has a fair say in every matter, and they are to remain impartial at all times. Should they fail in their duty, Senators may propose a motion of no confidence in the Chancellor, in which the Senate will vote on wether they want the Chancellor to remain in Office or not. To remove the Imperial Chancellor, there must be at least 75% vote in favor of removing the Imperial Chancellor.

Each Chancellor will have a term of 2 Months before a new Chancellor is elected. However, each Chancellor may run for as many terms as they want.

Title: Removal of the Deputy Prime Minister

Greetings Citizens of Ramility.

I come before you, sad and ashamed, as the Deputy Prime Minister, Lorafi, has been removed from his Office on charges of Corruption, Conspiracy and Treason. Following an Investigation by His Imperial Majesty's Personal Security and the Imperial Security Bureau, evidence was found and Lorafi will be removed from Office, but will not be removed from this Empire, until an Imperial Court has been established, where they will be judged.

Furthermore, I have consulted with the Cabinet, and we have decided that the position of Deputy Prime Minister will be permamantly removed. Not only in the Cabinet, but from Government. Should the position of Prime Minister be vacant, an emergency election will be held and will be presided by the Imperial Senate.

Following yesterday's Senate Session, the Imperial Senate has voted Royal Wakanda as its Imperial Chancellor. Furthermore, they have been vetted and approved by the Imperial Security Bureau.

As of 1:50PM GMT+8, 24 November 2024, the Imperial Senate hereby appoints Royal Wakanda as Imperial Chancellor of the Senate. His Imperial Highness, the Crown Prince of Ramility, Great Goh Nation, shall stand down as Acting Imperial Chancellor of the Senate and surrender all powers he has in the Senate, effective immediately.

Greetings citizens of Ramility!

Yesterday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs received over 15 telegrams from our allies stating that their States have been attacked and have since fallen into enemy hands. Seeing the vulnerabilities of being an Empire without a standing army, the Ministry of Defence has drafted a proposal to the Imperial Seante, stating that each Nation in the Empire must contribute at least 100'000 Soldiers with the necessary provisions to sustain them. Following today's Senate Session, the proposal has been vetted and approved by the Imperial Seante with a winning vote of 14 Aye - 2 Nay.

Following that, the Bill was sent to the Imperial Palace where His Imperial Majesty signed it into Law. Let us do our part to make sure we do not repeat the mistakes of our past and protect the Ramility Empire from danger.
