Hard to say. That would be relative to a lot of things, some things are harder for other people than they are for different people, and some jobs may be easy most of the time and extremely hard on rare occasions for some people. Generally, labour laws protect people from excessive hardships in labour, as workers are given the power to determine some elements of their work, through workplace democracy, such as deciding to delay deadlines which are causing excessive strain on workers pressed for time, or deciding not to do things which are dangerous. Further legislation mandates all sorts of protections, from PPE to therapy. Some of the most difficult jobs, physically, could include certain kinds of agriculture, fishing, and construction; all industries which may have workers performing strenuous physical labour outdoors in all seasons. |
