The Forest

I can already imagine the chirping of birds and the breaze going trough the leaves of the trees, it is very pleasant.

It is also quiet over there, I hope for someone to come there and chat :)

I hope you have some nations join your region! It's definitely nice when you can create a community of people who share the same vision. :)

I can't believe I missed this but I didn't even notice we have a (somewhat) new nation in the region! I'd like to give a warm welcome to Dude Wheres my Car! I'm so sorry I didn't see you earlier. I hope you find The Forest a nice and peaceful place to call home.

Hey man I very much appreciate that! We can’t find my car and now we got lost in this Forest. It’s good to see the locals are friendly though!

Hello all. I've been the Guardian of The Forest for many years now, but there comes a time when every Guardian must pass on. After some deliberation I've decided that it is time for me to step down as Guardian and choose a new Guardian of The Forest.

To help me determine who I should pass the role on to, I would like to hear from those of you that believe you are capable of being a Guardian as to why I should choose you as the next Guardian. I will give two months for nations to make their case in the regional message board. At the end of those two months I will hold a vote to see the opinion of the nations in this region. I will then use the statements on the RMB as well as the opinion from the region to help me determine who is best fit to be Guardian.

A couple rules I have are NO BRIBING of any kind and NO DISHONORABLE BEHAVIOR. I want this to be fair for every nation involved. Any nation that breaks these rules shall be disqualified.

One thing I'm looking for is someone who can stay active and not let their nation cease to exist. I'm also looking for someone who can continue to carry out the values of The Forest and be a good steward to all nations that call this region home.

If you have any questions or thoughts please feel free to let me know! It truly has been an honor to be your Guardian and I look forward to hearing from you all!

Hey! It's sad to see you go as Guardian. Are you planning on leaving Nationstates altogether, or just the position of Guardian?

I was planning on leaving both. I honestly only go on here to just to keep my nation alive and check on/manage the region. As I don't really play it anymore I feel like it's time for me to leave it. I just want to know the region is in good hands after I'm gone and not overtaken by raiders.

If this is genuine, then I will be willing to step forward and help look after everything. You may not know me at all, and that is very understandable as I have not spoken, but this is something I am willing to speak on because I have come to enjoy the atmosphere and the vibe and I would assure you that under my eye that your work would remain intact as long as I am around.

I would be willing to go deeper into detail as to who I am, and what I would be willing to offer if anyone wants to indulge that, but my main idea would be to protect the region, and maybe even come up with some plans to pick up activities and maybe bring more people to our region.

Thank you for your time.

Kindest Regards, Kitasan

Thank you for your offer. I'd be interested in knowing more about you and what you'd be willing to offer The Forest.

Of course. Well as I have revealed I am Kitasan of Umamusume Pretty Derby. I am the founder and current MoFa of my region. I started playing in January of this year and had created that region with the hope of bringing people together and uniting communities. As you can see the region and idea has seen incredible success and is continually growing.

I would like to bring those same values to The Forest, and continue the establishment of the region being open and friendly to any and all who come to find refuge here. I would also like to implement a variety of ideas to help boost regional participation and maybe help bring more residents. There is plenty of potential for the region and I would be willing to put forth that effort to help make the region grow.

What I will also promise is the future of this region will remain peaceful and protected, never to fall into the hands of those who would seek to destroy your work. I will do my best to follow in your steps and to embrace the image of the region as is, and not seek to change it in any way or form without the consent of the region. I want to offer a better future for the region, and see that The Forest will remain open and free to any who choose to be here.

If you want to talk personally with me, you can reach out to me via our discord and we can discuss it more if you wish. With that being said that is the promise I make if I am chosen as the next Guardian. A free, peaceful, and (hopefully) prosperous future for the region. Feel free to respond or telegram me directly. I will respond as soon as feasible.

Kindest Regards, Kitasan
