PREAMBLE.
When it comes to laws, one important aspect is the clarity with which they are written, as this dictates the variability of the laws interpretation by different individuals.

Currently, RRS 14 defines the procedures of snap elections, as well as defining the actions that may lead to one.

Regrettably, RRS 14,d does not specify a candidacy period of any length, leaving it up to assumption.

Further note, RRS 14 is the only section to spell “councilor” with one L, as opposed to “councillor”.

For the purpose of clarity, RRS 14,d will be amended to the following:

14. In the case of a Councillor abandoning or forfeiting their position, a snap election may be called to re-elect a Member State to fill their position.
    d. When a Councillor position is forfeited or abandoned, a snap election for that Councillor Position may be called 24 hours after the position has been considered abandoned or forfeited. This snap election will abide by RRS Section 13, and the candidacy period, as well as the voting period, will last for three days each.

All instances of “councilor” and it’s derivatives in RRS 14 will be replaced with “councillor“ and it’s equivalent derivatives.

Additionally, when the RRS saw the addition of snap election procedures following the passage of "Snap Elections, and the Abandonment of Councilor Positions", they assumed the place of RRS 14 and subsequently pushed the section "Goals and Ideals" to begin at RRS 15.

Unfortunately, RRS 6,c,i was never amended to adjust to this change, and erroneously still refer to RRS 14.

Further note, "contributed" is likely intended to be "contribute".

RRS 6,c,i will therefore be amended to the following:

6(c). The Councillor of Culture, whose responsibilities are defined as orchestrating cultural events and developing the identity of the Refugi culture. This Councillor shall:

  1. Develop a Regional Eco Report to fulfill goals stipulated by RRS 15(a) and RRS 15(b) by identifying ways in which Member States of the Region may contribute towards the environmental targets established therein.

I have two candies I really like, key lime pie Twizzlers (which were limited edition and are no longer being produced) and York peppermint patties, which is sort of a hybrid between mint and chocolate. I got into York candy because my grandmother used to put them in a bowl in her house. If that bowl was full, it would be empty in a few days because of me. However, I think I just barely prefer the Twizzlers, but that may also just be because they're not available anymore.

York Peppermint Patties are the bestest, but I am distressed to hear it's grandma candy. Werther's was grandma candy! Not yorkies.
