The Cat of Cat025 is a titanic, orderly nation, remarkable for its compulsory military service, suspicion of poets, and stringent health and safety legislation. The hard-nosed, cynical, devout population of 10.299 billion Cat025ians are ruled by a mostly-benevolent dictator, who grants the populace the freedom to live their own lives but watches carefully for anyone to slip up.

The large, corrupt government prioritizes Defense, with Law & Order, Industry, and Administration also on the agenda, while International Aid is ignored. The average income tax rate is 46.5%.

The very strong Cat025ian economy, worth 614 trillion Mice a year, is quite specialized and led by the Arms Manufacturing industry, with significant contributions from Tourism, Woodchip Exports, and Gambling. Black market activity is extensive. State-owned companies are common. Average income is 59,595 Mice, and evenly distributed, with the richest citizens earning only 3.2 times as much as the poorest.

The nation's historic treasures have been sold off to Maxtopia's "Museum of Cat025ian Artifacts That They're Too Stupid to Appreciate", no one is quite sure what many government officials look like, all the playground's a stage for Cat025ian schoolchildren, and citizens wishing to be parents must undertake a series of gruelling tests to evaluate their capabilities. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a very well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Cat025's national animal is the Cat, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests.

Cat025 is ranked 46,201^st in the world and 25^th in Refugia for Largest Arms Manufacturing Sector, scoring 16,088.46 on the Charon Conveyancy Index.
