I'm not the one who necessarily decides that... There's a larger government that controls Japan and a bunch of other regions. And essentially the people higher up chose me to essentially manage the region for the near future. WA delegateship was kind of part of the role, to a sense. I personally wouldn't mind if someone wanted it and was willing to actually put in the time, but I don't know if the higher leadership would approve of the same... since the WA delegate is an important figure for a nation they don't want the wrong person being the representative. |
Also I'm usually more active, I just put the "semi retired" thing since usually I don't open up Nationstates over the summer because of irl things |
