The Militarization and Education of the Tsardom

God willing, we, Tsar of Bulgaria, decree that we must act in what we see as our divine obligation to defend this nation and our people. Therefore, we issue the following declarations for the good of the Crown and the betterment of Bulgaria.

Firstly, we order a gradual mobilization of the Royal Army across the Tsardom. We instruct our governors to muster men of age, review our local militias, and see to it that all regiments are adequately stocked with weaponry, powder, supplies, and mounts. We shall increase the garrisons at our forts along the Danube, the west, and our southern border. Our officers shall see to increased drilling and discipline within their units. This gradual mobilization shall act as both deterrent and ensure the continued peace and safety of the Tsardom. We do not declare hostile intentions towards any of our neighbors with this mobilization.

Secondly, we, The Crown, order an expansion of Orthodox education within Bulgaria. We decree that new parish schools, overseen by the Holy Church, are to be opened in every parish that can support one. Parishioners of low birth shall have the same opportunities to learn reading, writing, math, and Orthodox doctrine as those of noble blood.

We also order the creation of Bulgarian language primers, catechisms, and learnèd texts so that our people may have the capacity to learn. We encourage gifted young men to continue their education so that they may one day take up the mantle of priest, teacher, judge, bureaucrat, officer, and servant of the Crown.

What good is a nation if its people cannot read its laws, write its history, or teach its children? Our strength comes not only from the blade of our soldiers, but from the minds of our people.

Raise a school with your church, every village. Develop learning in your towns. Make Bulgaria greater with knowledge, your provinces. Then will we have the might of an army and the wisdom of educated citizenry.

In 1789, The Kiponian Leader wanted to expand his empire to what are the Territories of Prussia.
So he introduced the draft, men were recruited, trained, and sent to conquer Prussia, and on April 12th - May 19th, the Battle of Gorzów
Wielkopolski saw 15,000 Kiponian Troops face off against the local population, the Kiponians suffered 4-7k casualties while the locals (with a strength of 12,000) suffered 7-9k casualties, and this resulted in a Kiponian victory, but, this was only a small part of the Leaders plan to conquer Prussia and solidify Koponeronch as a power, and in August, the Kiponians reached Breslau and suffered 5-6k casualties, Breslau has fallen to the Kiponians, and so will all of Prussia…..
