To cut to the chase, based on my resources and current capability, I have to individually animate each rays in order to make sense that these sunrays are 'pulsing' (and I don't have the time nor energy to do that yet), because if not, the sunrays would look like they're only growing and shrinking, not nearly as aesthetically pleasing as what've made previously. And this does not yet include the factor of Compressing the flag to only 150KB.

I come to thee with yet another request! (OOC: Sorry for being so needy. :/)

It's a rather simple one: Make the EU flag rotate. Let me elaborate: the wheel on the flag which the stars form should rotate like a wheel in an eternal loop. This one is for Unified Democratic Europe. (PS: Could you also make the shade of blue on the EU flag a bit darker?)
