The True God Empire of Konid Republic

Great Britain-and Northern Ireland wrote:Government monitoring AI expansion and corporate governance changes in the Konid Republic

The government is monitoring further political, economic and technological developments in the Konid Republic following reports of rapid expansion in artificial intelligence, data-centre infrastructure and privately operated urban developments.

Konidian authorities have announced plans to make artificial intelligence a major part of the Republic’s economy and public administration, with provisions contained within the proposed Good Big Bill intended to support substantial private investment, tax reductions and a significantly less restrictive regulatory environment.

The government understands that the Konidian state has previously funded artificial-intelligence research outside public view, but that the Corps now intends for much of the next phase of development to take place through the private sector.

Several new companies, including KonidPT, DeepFrieder, Gloss and Quantum AI, have subsequently been established, with Konidian sources reporting very substantial levels of new investment.

The government is seeking clarification from the Konidian authorities on whether these newly established AI services are expected to be offered internationally, including to users in the United Kingdom.

Relevant independent UK regulators are separately seeking information from the companies concerned on whether they intend to provide services to users in the United Kingdom and, if so, how those services would operate and comply with applicable British law.

This includes questions concerning the processing of personal data, automated decision-making and profiling, consumer protection, competition, transparency, online safety, intellectual property, the accessibility of services to different age groups and any safeguards applied to higher-risk uses of artificial intelligence.

Any Konidian digital or artificial-intelligence service operating in or targeting the United Kingdom will be expected to comply with applicable British law.

This includes, where relevant, the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 as amended by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, the Online Safety Act 2023, the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Equality Act 2010, applicable provisions of the Competition Act 1998, privacy and electronic-communications requirements, and wider intellectual-property and copyright law.

The United Kingdom continues to pursue a sector-specific and risk-based approach to artificial-intelligence regulation, rather than applying a single uniform regulatory regime to every AI system. Existing independent regulators will therefore assess Konidian services according to their functions, risks and use within the UK market.

Where appropriate, this may involve the Information Commission, Ofcom, the Competition and Markets Authority and other relevant regulators acting within their respective statutory responsibilities. The government will continue to respect their operational independence.

Companies entering the UK market will also be expected to comply with further requirements as they come into force, including the government’s 2027 reforms governing artificial-intelligence services.

Those reforms include additional safeguards for younger users, requirements concerning regular breaks for users under the age of 18, protections against dangerous or misleading AI-generated advice, and a prohibition on sexual or sexually explicit chatbot services being made available to under-18s.

Where an AI service also provides social-media, user-to-user or other regulated online functionality, applicable social-media and online-safety reforms will also apply, including relevant age-assurance requirements and age-specific protections.

The government, the Intellectual Property Office and relevant departments are separately continuing work on the UK’s copyright and intellectual-property framework for artificial intelligence, including questions surrounding training data, protected works and AI-generated material. Konidian companies operating in Britain will be expected to comply with that framework as it develops.

The Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 also continues to be implemented across the UK’s data-protection framework, including changes affecting automated decision-making and the use of personal information. Any Konidian company processing the data of people in the United Kingdom will be expected to meet the relevant requirements where British data-protection law applies.

Where any Konidian AI company seeks to enter healthcare or NHS-related applications, additional health-sector regulation and the government’s forthcoming implementation work following the NHS AI Commission will also become relevant.

The government is also monitoring the rapid expansion of data-centre infrastructure within the Konid Republic, including its implications for energy demand, land use, cyber resilience and the wider concentration of economic activity within privately operated developments.

The government is separately monitoring the continued expansion of privately operated City Scrapers across the Republic.

Konidian reports indicate that individual developments can accommodate populations comparable to towns or cities and increasingly combine housing, commercial activity, logistics and other essential services within a single privately controlled environment. Drones and airships reportedly provide a growing share of logistics and transport between these developments.

Land and smaller settlements vacated as populations relocate into City Scrapers are also reportedly being repurposed for further industrial and data-centre development.

The government has noted reports that some City Scraper operators restrict access by public authorities, journalists and outside camera crews on privacy grounds.

British officials are seeking further clarification on the legal status of these developments, the extent of public oversight within them, the rights and protections available to residents, and the degree of authority exercised by the companies that own and operate them.

While individual states determine their own domestic regulatory arrangements, the United Kingdom considers effective oversight, transparency and independent scrutiny important where corporate structures or technologies have significant consequences for people’s rights, safety or access to essential services.

Officials are also assessing reports that the concentration of residents within City Scrapers has increased the effectiveness and reduced the cost of Konidian Drug Disperser systems.

The government will continue to seek clarification regarding the purpose, operation, safeguards and independent oversight of those systems.

The government is further monitoring the broader social consequences of the Republic’s rapid urban and industrial transformation, including reports of declining activity in traditional streets and communities as populations increasingly relocate into large privately operated developments.

The United Kingdom recognises the potential economic and scientific benefits of artificial intelligence and advanced digital infrastructure. However, companies seeking access to the British market will be expected to meet the legal and regulatory standards applicable in the United Kingdom, irrespective of the regulatory approach adopted in their country of origin.

The government will continue dialogue with the Konidian authorities and keep developments under review as the Good Big Bill, the Republic’s emerging AI industry, data-centre expansion and wider City Scraper programme progress.

The Corps Reassures the UK with the fact that Konid Artificial Intelligence will only be allowed inside Konid. As the Major AI companies that recently where added to The Corps Voted that our AI is too powerful for any foreign Intelligence or country to have. Usage of any intelligence requires ID Verification to make sure you are of Voting age and a Citizen of The Empire. But those that arnt can and will receive massive fines and an alert to local authorities depending on country or region.

CEO of Konid Intelligence Lance Allman has said in a rare Public announcment

"Our AI is reaching levels of breakthrough that we cannot hold back. The Regulatory challenges of the international world is far too much and strangles advancement without reason. And while we export a lot of stuff world wide like our outbound Pharmaceuticals that while different than the stuff we use nationally complies with most world regulatory bodies AI will not be one of them. We think if a Foreign Government or citizen where to access any of our AI systems that they should be labeled as a threat to national security and labeled a Terrorist in Konid Borders.

UK Government responds to further developments in the Konid Republic

The UK Government is monitoring further political, technological and social developments in the Konid Republic following new statements from the Corps concerning artificial intelligence, Permanent Safety, privately operated City Scrapers and the Republic’s wider programme of economic restructuring.

Konidian authorities have now provided further clarification regarding the country’s rapidly expanding artificial-intelligence sector.

The Corps has stated that Konidian artificial-intelligence systems will not be made available internationally and that access will instead be restricted to Konidian citizens who have reached voting age, with identity verification required before use.

The government notes that this answers previous questions concerning whether newly established services including KonidPT, DeepFrieder, Gloss and Quantum AI were expected to become available to users in the United Kingdom.

Relevant UK regulators will therefore keep the position under review rather than assuming that those services intend to enter the British market. Should their availability or operating model change, any service offered to users in the United Kingdom would be expected to comply with applicable British law and regulatory requirements.

The government has, however, noted with concern statements that any foreign citizen or government accessing a Konidian artificial-intelligence system could be regarded as a threat to Konidian national security and designated as a terrorist within the Republic.

British officials are seeking urgent clarification regarding the scope and legal effect of this policy, including whether it could apply to accidental or attempted access, whether such a designation could affect British nationals travelling to or through the Konid Republic, what judicial or appeal mechanisms would be available, and what Konidian authorities mean by references to notifying authorities in other countries.

The United Kingdom would not regard the mere unauthorised use of a foreign artificial-intelligence service as establishing that a British national is a terrorist. Any request for British assistance, information-sharing or action against a person in the United Kingdom would be considered solely in accordance with British law and applicable international obligations.

The government will consider whether any further consular or travel advice is required once the Konidian authorities have clarified how these measures are intended to operate.

The government is also assessing comments by the Chief Executive of Konid Intelligence, Lance Allman, describing international regulation as an obstacle to technological development and referring to the possible integration of artificial intelligence with autonomous military drones, police systems and service robots.

The United Kingdom recognises the potential economic and scientific benefits of advanced artificial intelligence. However, the government considers appropriate safeguards, accountability and human oversight particularly important where autonomous systems may affect public safety, policing or military decision-making.

British officials will continue to monitor the development of these technologies within the Konid Republic.

The government has separately noted reports that approximately 60 per cent of the Konidian population now resides within privately operated City Scrapers.

These developments reportedly accommodate populations comparable to towns or cities within individual corporate-controlled structures, combining housing, commercial activity, logistics and other services. Automated airships and drones increasingly support movement of goods between those developments, while land vacated elsewhere is being repurposed for industrial facilities and large-scale data centres.

The government is monitoring the rapid expansion of Konidian data-centre infrastructure, including its implications for energy demand, land use, cyber resilience and the concentration of economic activity.

More substantial questions remain regarding governance inside the City Scrapers themselves.

Konidian authorities have described a legal principle known as the Right of Action, under which individuals and corporations are afforded exceptionally broad freedom to act, subject principally to the consequences imposed by others in response.

The government has noted statements suggesting that companies owning City Scrapers regard activity within their properties as a matter largely for their own discretion and that some operators do not permit routine access by government monitors, journalists or outside camera crews.

British officials are seeking further information concerning the legal status of City Scrapers, the rights available to residents, the extent of independent public oversight and the degree of authority exercised by the corporations operating them.

The fact that individuals may have voluntarily moved into a privately operated development does not, in the government’s view, remove legitimate questions concerning access to legal protections, public authorities and independent scrutiny.

The government is also seeking substantial further clarification regarding the Konid Republic’s Drug Disperser system.

Konidian reporting now describes the system as a national-security necessity while simultaneously stating that its infrastructure and chemical contents are privately owned and not regulated by the state.

Reports further claim that thousands of different drugs and chemical compounds are distributed through the system and may alter the way residents perceive their surroundings and daily life.

These are serious claims.

British officials are seeking information on the substances involved, their health effects, whether residents are able to opt out of exposure, what independent medical or scientific assessment exists, and how responsibility is allocated where the system is privately operated but considered essential to national security.

The government has additionally noted historical claims that attempts by a previous Konidian leader to reduce or suspend operation of the Drug Dispersers were followed by significant public unrest and increased demand for commercially available pharmaceutical products.

The United Kingdom will continue to distinguish between reports made by Konidian media and independently verified information while seeking clarification from the relevant authorities.

The government is also concerned by newly announced changes to Permanent Safety.

Konidian authorities have stated that a nationwide curfew will operate between 01:00 and 23:00, leaving only a limited period during which people may freely leave their homes or City Scrapers.

Konidian reporting further states that people found outside during prohibited hours may face the Republic’s highest punishment, including execution through the system referred to as the Grinder.

The United Kingdom is seeking clarification on how this curfew will operate, what exemptions exist, what judicial process applies to alleged breaches and whether the reported penalties accurately represent current Konidian law and practice.

The government has consistently maintained that restrictions on movement and public safety measures should be necessary, proportionate, subject to law and accompanied by effective safeguards against arbitrary punishment.

The government is also monitoring the wider effects of the Republic’s urban transformation.

Konidian reports describe traditional streets and communities becoming increasingly quiet as residents relocate into large indoor developments, while automated logistics, industrial facilities and data centres replace much of the activity previously visible in public spaces.

The government has noted with concern statements that substantial portions of the remaining population can no longer be reliably surveyed and that government and media organisations may consequently stop collecting or publishing information in areas including starvation and other measures of basic welfare.

Reliable public statistics, transparent institutions and independent reporting are important tools for understanding living conditions and holding institutions accountable. The government will continue seeking information concerning the availability and reliability of basic social and economic data within the Republic.

British officials are also assessing reports of extensive pollution, including the discharge of waste and persistent chemicals into the sea and atmosphere, alongside proposals within the Good Big Bill for further environmental deregulation.

The government will monitor any potential cross-border consequences and will continue to raise environmental concerns through appropriate diplomatic channels.

The government has separately noted reports that scientists are attempting experimental robotic reconstruction following severe injuries suffered by a Konidian police officer. At present this appears to concern an individual medical and technological case rather than a wider policing programme, and the government will monitor any further developments.

Konidian authorities have additionally clarified that, while artificial-intelligence systems are not intended for export, other goods — including pharmaceutical products — continue to be sold internationally.

Any Konidian medicines or pharmaceutical products supplied in the United Kingdom will continue to be subject to applicable British requirements concerning safety, quality, licensing and market access, irrespective of the domestic regulatory arrangements under which they were manufactured.

The government will continue dialogue with the Konidian authorities as the Good Big Bill, Permanent Safety, City Scraper programme, artificial-intelligence sector and wider economic restructuring develop.

The United Kingdom will assess future developments according to their practical consequences for British nationals, international security, human rights, public health, environmental protection and the rule of law, while respecting the sovereignty of the Konid Republic and distinguishing clearly between verified information and claims made in domestic Konidian broadcasts.

The Concern for Foreign citizens inside Konid is completely arbitrary. For long ago Immigration and Emmigration was banned due to Job Loss and Internal Stigma twords certain races. While The Corps have no problem with race as any thing that can hold a Bill is a customer. But Socially People are not that Acceptable of others and would commit massive terrible acts on those they didnt like. That's why long before Even Jerry Smith was in charge it was banned. There isnt a worry as there is none here. Or if there was they where... Let out of a long time ago.

However internationally any attempted access just marks that person as a National Security threat. And the Authorities of the Nation they reside will be alerted of the attempt and we will try to get some sort of domestic charge. As if International Bodies can regulate the usage of our products abroad we can regulate how its used abroad and that a Minimum of 3 years in Prison be charged and a massive fine that gets paid to the government in question and the Intelligence service they attempted to use. We believe that this is only fair for any Foreign attempts to access our AI Programs should be met with the highest of alarms. As they could be attempting to break through and hack or steal our Information.

And while debating on Coal, oil, Renewable, Water, or Nuclear we decided on Coal and Oil with a few Massive Electric generating Dams to power the nation in the future. As coal and oil mining is a big industry here and they are expanding massively as a result.

The Police officer if he survives and it works will be a breakthrough of Engineering. It could pathe the way to More Cybernetics, Robots, and potentially (significantly less augmented) Police Officers.

Any Product sold abroad meets the necessary regulatory standards of that nation. It would be unprofitable and Unprofessional otherwise.

And The Permanent Safety is ment to make everyone safe. People who are out past curfew if not near their home will be sent to the harshest of punishments. But that's due to a fear of Terrorism that has racked the country in Twain. The Permanent Safety must get more rules as time goes on to combat the potential threat.

The Corps has trimmed the government a lot. There isnt much of a Federal government left other than the Corps and a few lower offices. This has saved Hundreds of Thousands of Hknoas and is proven to be very popular domestically.

UK Government notes further clarification from the Konid Republic

The UK Government has noted further clarification from authorities in the Konid Republic concerning restrictions on access to Konidian artificial-intelligence systems, the country’s constitutional and administrative structure, energy policy, Permanent Safety and emerging work on cybernetics.

Konidian authorities have clarified that longstanding restrictions on immigration and emigration mean there are effectively no foreign residents presently living within the Republic. The government notes that this substantially reduces the immediate consular concern arising from earlier statements concerning the treatment of foreign nationals inside the Konid Republic.

British officials are nevertheless seeking further clarification regarding the Republic’s policy towards foreign attempts to access Konidian artificial-intelligence systems.

Konidian authorities have stated that any foreign citizen attempting to access those systems would be designated a national-security threat and that the authorities in the individual’s country of residence would be notified.

The Corps has further indicated that it would seek action from foreign governments, including a minimum prison sentence of three years and substantial financial penalties, with part of any fine expected to benefit both the relevant foreign government and the Konidian intelligence service concerned.

The United Kingdom notes this clarification.

Decisions on whether conduct taking place in the United Kingdom constitutes a criminal offence, whether charges should be brought and what sentence may follow are matters for British law, independent law-enforcement authorities and the courts.

The government would consider any information supplied by Konidian authorities through the appropriate legal and security channels, but the United Kingdom would not automatically treat an attempted or unauthorised connection to a foreign AI service as establishing criminal or terrorist conduct.

The government has also noted the Konidian argument that restrictions on foreign access are intended to prevent hacking, intellectual-property theft and unauthorised acquisition of sensitive information.

Where there is credible evidence of cyber intrusion, espionage or other criminal activity affecting the Konid Republic, any request for British assistance will be considered according to the evidence provided and applicable British law.

AI and emerging cybernetic technologies

Konidian authorities have reiterated that their advanced AI systems are intended to remain exclusively available to eligible Konidian citizens and are not planned for international distribution.

The government therefore considers the immediate question of UK consumer access to services including KonidPT, DeepFrieder, Gloss and Quantum AI to have been clarified, although relevant regulators will keep the position under review should access arrangements change.

The government has separately noted further comments concerning the severely injured Konidian police officer currently undergoing experimental treatment involving advanced robotics.

Konidian authorities have suggested that, if successful, the work could contribute to wider development of cybernetic technologies, robotics and more limited forms of augmentation for future police officers.

At present, the government understands this to remain an experimental medical and engineering programme rather than an established policing policy. British officials will continue monitoring developments, particularly where future applications concern public safety, policing or autonomous systems.

Government restructuring

The government has also noted statements that the Corps has substantially reduced the size of the Konidian federal government, leaving the Corps itself and a comparatively small number of lower public offices responsible for much of the remaining national administration.

Konidian authorities say the restructuring has generated substantial financial savings and enjoys significant domestic support.

The United Kingdom will continue assessing how these changes affect institutional accountability, the separation of public and corporate authority, access to public services and the capacity of independent institutions to scrutinise government activity.

The government recognises that the organisation of the Konidian state is ultimately a matter for the Konid Republic, while continuing to monitor the practical effects of the reforms.

Permanent Safety

Konidian authorities have reaffirmed that the Permanent Safety system and its increasingly restrictive curfew arrangements are intended to address fears of terrorism and internal instability.

The government notes the explanation that additional restrictions may be introduced as authorities consider necessary in response to perceived security threats.

British officials continue to seek clarification regarding the proportionality of those restrictions, the availability of exemptions, the legal process governing alleged violations and the use of the most severe punishments for breaches of the curfew.

The United Kingdom recognises the responsibility of governments to protect their populations from terrorism. Such measures should nevertheless remain subject to law, due process and effective safeguards against arbitrary punishment.

Energy and industrial expansion

The government has additionally noted that the Konid Republic intends to rely substantially on coal and oil, alongside several very large hydroelectric dams, to meet future electricity demand.

Konidian authorities have linked this strategy to the domestic importance of coal and oil extraction and the rapidly rising energy requirements associated with heavy industry, data centres and expanding City Scraper developments.

British officials will continue monitoring the environmental consequences of that expansion, including greenhouse-gas emissions, water use, pollution and any effects extending beyond Konidian territory.

The United Kingdom will continue supporting international cooperation on environmental protection while recognising each country’s responsibility for determining its own domestic energy mix.

International trade and regulatory standards

The government notes the Konidian assurance that products exported internationally are manufactured to meet the regulatory requirements of their destination markets.

The government notes that commitment.

Konidian pharmaceuticals and other regulated goods entering the United Kingdom will continue to be assessed under the same British safety, quality, licensing and market-access requirements that apply to products from other countries.

The government will continue dialogue with Konidian authorities and relevant companies where regulatory clarification is required.

The United Kingdom will keep developments under review as the Konid Republic continues its programme of government restructuring, AI development, Permanent Safety, energy expansion, industrialisation and emerging cybernetic technologies.

British policy will continue to distinguish between decisions made entirely within Konidian jurisdiction and matters which have direct consequences for British nationals, UK law, international security, trade or cross-border environmental interests.

Who will you give authority to then. Cause when you leave the governor would go to pinole who left and Delegate would go to Azov who left. There also would be an empty Press Secretary

Oh yeah, good point. I hadn’t thought of that.
