The Regent of the Kingdom's function is to protect all natives and their rights and that is why we must implement this Royal Decree.

I. The Kingdom of Monarchist Region of His Majesty is under the protection of the Silver Guard, therefore it is the only force capable of enforcing the laws of the region.

II. The Regent, in his capacity as representative of the King, is the embodiment of the law, therefore he is the only one who can issue royal decrees.

III. The Regent will always seek the well-being of the King, therefore no person will be able to deal with the King directly and any consultation will be made with The Regent.

IV. The Regent will be immune to any law of this Kingdom and is only subordinate to the King.
