Actually neither. We are refounding regions that are already dead. So basically if a regional founder died 2 years ago and so did their nation, and we think the region is worth refounding, we will make it a territory. It is basically raiding without destroying the livelihoods of the innocent, and while we are at it we a reviving regions that would have been lost forever. |
