I think it is in our best interests to ask defenders for help or have some sort of agreement with them. We should have an elective delegacy, and let's not convert to frontiers or governorships. As the SC resolution being passed says: "Aware that Utopia, like any other founderless region, can rely on established defender coalitions to defend itself, coordinated through networks such as Libcord, which monitor and respond to raids regardless of formal treaty ties or Security Council resolutions," Ideas: I'll be more than happy to donate some stamps for meaningful recruitment.
