Leckeierius, you have been dismissed due to inactivity of 18 days. Any nation that has been inactive for over 20 days will be dismissed from their position.

As Secretary, we shall now on have a brand new UWN Assembly, which will have its own policies. These laws will be less about your internal nation’s stats (which as we NS players know are nearly IMPOSSIBLE to change quickly), but more about pacts and treaties regarding how we handle international and interregional relations and disputes, climate treaties, etc. Anything that NS policies or stats may not reflect. To decide on laws we will have a biweekly vote held by our Minister of Internal Affairs. The next vote is set to happen this Saturday, and will be regarding a treaty that mandates all UWN members to have a Casus Belli (cause of war) before a conflict, whether internal, external, cooperational RP, or self-played
RP. And if there is uproar over any policy, a referendum vote can be held.

In the first ever UWN Assembly vote, a 4:1 ratio was in support of warfare requiring a cause of war (Casus Belli). As of now, all nations are required to state in any public form of media the cause of the warfare. This will be known as Declaration #1 in the UWN Assembly Charter.
