The answer to why I resigned is because I'm an active defender and went to go chase raiders that night :P I'll be WAed back up shortly and endorsing everyone again.
The Foggy Dew Early one fateful July morning in the Nonorian Protectorate of Aerthland, the capital city of this shackled land awoke to the sounds of marching men. The Royal Garrison had been put to half-strength due to the ongoing pilgrimage to the Imperial City of Alnara in celebration of the birth of a new Princess. Knowing the bloody sacraments to be conducted in honor of the Nonorian "Goddess" and her prophetess, a procession of Priests, Workers, and Militants made their way to the center of Ardgour carrying in their midst a cross. As the crowd grew, the police became agitated as a giant cross was raised in town and the Bishop of the city, a man wanted by Nonorian police for his devotion to God and his refusal to pay credence to Noctoris. As he rose in front of the cross flanked by 2 other Bishops and 12 deacons who were armed. As Bishop Sean O'Donnel conducted Liturgy he read from the books of 1st Kings 16 regarding Israel's rebellion against the Tyrant Queen Jezebel who subjugated and oppressed the faithful of God. When the service came to the Homily and the police began to try and encroach upon the crowds, Father Sean described how the people of Aerthland must strike out against Godlessness and Tyranny like the Prophet Elisah and exclaimed AXIOS as he raised a flaregun into the air and released its charge. As the red mark scratched the sky the order was transmitted via various underground radio stations to company commanders in the city and surrounding relay stations to begin operations to secure bridges in pro-rebel towns, and to destroy ports and bridges leading into the country to slow Imperial response. The crowd in the city center turned to fight the police as riots began in the city center and insurgents began to attack police stations, army depots, the post office, and government offices, including Princess Anasia's residence. By the end of the week most of the rural, mountainous regions of the country were liberated by forces belonging to the Aerthlandian Coalition while the North and coastal cities including Ardgour were either in Nonorian control as of now or facing heavy fighting.
What is a TV show that you consider your "guilty pleasure" TV show?
For me personally, it's Chicago Fire. I know for a fact that nothing in it is accurate in the slightest, but gosh darn it, it's so much fun to watch for the *drama* alone.
