This is an official visit from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Glacial Empire Hello Glacier! On this day, we celebrate 137 days of friendship between our two regions. A strong bond, forged by sharing the same harsh geographical conditions. As I stand here with you today, I foresee the rise of an alliance of polar latitude regions, a global force to be reckoned with. Is you with me? Throw your hands in the air! But seriously, I believe the first step to building a stronger alliance starts with discussion, the free exchange of ideas.
