Update on this, the following nations have yet to log in: Covenant Remnants, East Normlanda, Hiraeth-Xanadu, Ketol Revolution, McHamburg, Rathalas, Twin-Spark Rangers, and lastly Vectra. 4/29 Update: Number lowered itself to 7. 4/30 Update: Number went down to 6, looks like increased measures required. |

[TAG: ADMIN] REPORT: This has been reflected in my dispatch, which I am sure  Random Goose Dossier Updates, this is a copy paste of several telegrams that have been sent over to Markus Sarasti-Varis for Dossier Monitoring. I will periodically update by adding new updates to it, and as new telegrams are sent Last Update of the Dossier was April 30th of 2024 ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ -Andromeda Flood has not logged on since incident, still in balder and has 9(ish) days till CTE'ing -Blaaria is at 1 day and 16 hours ago as of typing. -Kelefkelob I have decided to remove for now due to their CTE on the 23rd of March. -Macclbund appeared 5 days ago. -Mitoporation was 1 day and 16 hours ago. -Neveropolis was 4 hours ago - Rathalas was 2 days and 6 hours ago, risks falling to tier 2 assuming they aren't on vacation (The Rathalas problem was fixed btw) - Razc was last seen 2 days ago -The Greater Frozen Knights was last seen 19 hours ago. -Twin-Spark Rangers was last seen 2 hours ago with an RMB post -and ZFM Envoy was seen 11 hours ago -Removed Communitarian Crossland/The Crossland for not responding to any of our requests for revival of Communitarian Crossland. Rathalas can now be easily monitored due to Dossier problem fixed. East Normlanda has been confirmed to be on a hiatus doing things irl, suspending tracking of him for now. McHamburg shall be reviewed in a months time, currently expected for Tier 2 from the small observations we have made. ZFM Envoy was yet again last seen within the past 24 hours, there may be a chance he could get bumped up from tier 3 to tier 2 or even 1. All further monitoring of The Crossland (TCD leader) and The communitarian crossland will cease for now, due to his final college exams and other things in his life ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Some updates Dossier-Wise: Lets start with the people who aren't on the tier system yet. -McHamburg seems to be staying relatively active, looks like he may be raisable up to a tier 1 from my current observations. -Kelefkelob is still gone, 19 days since CTE And surprisingly, Andromeda Flood has returned from the ashes, although seems to just be in Balder. (Restorer Region) and their last action of activity was their refounding, which was 3 days ago. -Covenant Remnants I am currently just starting to monitor, at 1 day and 7 hours ago currently since last action, so far looking like a tier 2 and possibly tier 1 just from this single observation, but much can change... -Acheamenids 1 I did add to my little tracking but he already left the region for NATO, then presumably his own puppet region from what I can tell. -East Normlanda is risking a downgrade due to last being active 11 days ago. Similarly, Normlanda was last active 14 days ago and West normlanda being active 15 days ago. I could see a vacation here that you were informed of (or not for that matter) but for now it seems all accounts of theirs have been inactive. -Gre Loy has been set on radar, last active 3 hours ago as of typing -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -Ketol Revolution was last active 27 days ago, may end up CTE'ing -Blaaria was last active 17 hours ago, I do expect them to likely log in soon since they likely are in Tier I for a reason. -Comradinia was last active 4 days ago. -Hiraeth-Xanadu was last seen 5 days ago -Macclbund was last seen 16 days ago. -Mitoporation was last seen 1 day and 10 hours ago. -Neveropolis was 12 hours ago. -Rathalas was supposedly last seen 2 days and 16 hours ago, although can't know if this is a true stat or if dossier is playing weird. -Razc was last seen 1 day and 14 hours ago. -The Greater Frozen Knights was last seen 16 hours ago -Twin-Spark Rangers was seen 3 days and 21 hours ago. -Vectra was last seen 1 day and 18 hours ago. -ZFM Envoy was last seen 10 hours ago. Notes on activity: One of the newer players not yet identified into the tier system (Kelefkelob) has CTE'ed about 9 days ago. McHamburgwas last online 14 hours ago, I'd have to keep monitoring their activity before I could really come to choice on tier. Acheamenids 1 has 'reappeared' seemingly even if it seems I dont have any logs on them... The Greater Frozen Knights are yet again keeping up good activity from what I can tell.. Vamor has been removed from Dossier. Small update on Dossier Activity: The communitarian crossland was last seen 26 days ago (As we can both see) Rimmon was last seen 12 Days ago as of typing this. East Normlanda logged in about 2 days ago as of typing this, and Normlanda was sighted less than 1 day ago. Otherwise it seems things are stabilizing out. Further Updates on some peoples activity: In Tier I (Of your system) I am not seeing much activity other than Rathalas being gone again (3D 7H as of typing this), but this probably can be set aside since it wouldn't suprise me if he's still on tour in london or something again. In Tier II I am seeing normality, although it looks like ZFM could potentially move up to tier 1 in the coming time, although at the moment they fall just outside of the range (From what I am looking at live) (Also prepare to remove Andromeda from that list of Tier II) In Tier IIIB its looking like the one person in it (Macclbund) risks dropping down to Tier IV, since they were last active 13 days ago as of typing this. In Tier IV Hiraeth-Xanadu is lingering on 21 Days since last activity, and 19 on Ketol Revolution In Tier V Han africa has CTED (11/30/2023) and probably should be moved out from the system (Thats my thought anyway). As of Current The communitarian crossland was last active at 12 days ago as of viewing, although I wouldn't move them quite yet (Honestly I'd think an embassy nation like that should stay in at least Tier IIIB if not higher) In the nonlisted we have the following: -East Normlanda was last seen 4 days ago, likely to prevent their nation from a CTE -Kelefkelob was last seen 15 hours ago, this is my first look at their activity as of now. -Mr taxidermy was last seen 9 days ago, first time tracking their activity -Rackil is at a 9 day currently, first time tracking -Rimmon was last seen active 21 days ago, which was his movement from Balder (Where he was refounded) to here. Wouldn't surprise me if he bites the dust. And thats my current live information, chances are I know you are looking at this as well so... That was the earliest log.
