It's a funding issue from my understanding. The province and city don't want to cough up, and nobody's got the money to drop eight figures on a stadium. But the city and province don't mind making money from the increased traffic a stadium would bring.

This is beyond weird. We have some cheerful nations but look at the middle nation here. It’s in the bottom 3 percent in Nationstates. That means most nations in our region are exceptionally miserable places.
