I'm drafting a law for the forum, and I invite everyone to participate in its drafting. If you have any laws you'd like to draft now that WA has been restarted, let's create them together. |
For those who are unaware of The intergalactic frontier's rules for external reigons, Please refer to Section II. The Intergalactic Frontier Rules This is the official The Intergalactic Frontier rules that must be followed. This system will be run on notices which can range from minor consequences to serious ones which can include instant eject and ban from the reigon. All rules that are listed must be followed. Should a nation fail to comply with a rule, a punishment will be ruled against that nation. Each notice will include a warning telegram to the nation. If a nation reaches 5 notices, then a response of an eject and ban will be issued. Each notice has a expiry date of 30 days after the official warning. To make the system fair, each nation will be given 2 appeals in the attempt to dissipate the ban. The appeal must include the reason why they shouldn't be banned and it must include evidences which support your case. The appeal will be reviewed by an executive which then will decide to pass it or not. If a nation has a suggestion to add in a rule, please contact an executive. A poll will be made which then the reigon will choose to either establish the new rule or dismiss it. Section I: The Intergalactic Frontier Code of Conduct The Intergalactic Frontier will be expected to hold a steady reputation. In order for this to be implemented, there is an expectation that The Intergalactic Frontier must meet. Respect people and their opinions Hate speech (especially towards a specific individual) prohibited Harrasement is prohibited Personal/Confidential matters are not to be shared with TIF Toxicity to anyone even if it's external is prohibited Section II: RMB Rules The Intergalactic Frontier supports freedom of speech however, freedom of speech comes with limits too. Section I states all rules that will be enforced strictly. All nations are required to follow rules listed on this section. -Don't spam * double posting is allowed HOWEVER TRIPLE IS NOT ALLOWED -Always be respectful of others -Don't use racial slurs -Don't antagonise others - Don't start on harmful topics such as pedophilia
Don't randomly pick fights with people even if they had attacked you or hurt you first. If you have a report to file, contact either us or if they break one of the site's rules, contact the nation states moderators here. The RMB is a place for peace, not a verbal warzone. Swearing will be permitted however, excessive swearing will not be allowed. Before you post something on the RMB, think about what your gonna say and have a small debate in your mind if it may hurt someone's feelings. This frontier will strictly be against any cyberbullying related posts. Any bullying post found towards another nation will be instantly forawrded to the mods. Nations of TIF, if you see something similar, we encourage you to report this. It's not snitching when it's for good intentions. The Intergalactic Frontier will hold an RMB that is strongly against any recruitment related posts. Anything about the other reigon is prohibited on The Intergalactic Frontier RMB. However, don't despair. Any data-collecting messges are allowed for your reigon e.g "vote for my poll". Anything related to that is fine. Concluding this section, any nation found to violate any of these rules will recieve one notice from an executive. Keep in mind that 5 will result in an eject/ban. Every rule will be enforced strictly to all nations in The Intergalactic Frontier. This will go for the same to officers. Citizens of TIF are allowed to report others including officers. Continous False reports will be responded with a notice. Section III: Security Rules Security is a vital and important role when it comes to frontier reigons. The Intergalactic Frontier has created these rules, specially for the saftey of The Intergalactic Frontier. These rules must be followed and if a nation is to be found inviolation of any Section III rules, that nation can recieve 2 notices. Please follows these rules, only for the saftey for The intergalactic frontier. Don't try and overule the lord Don't try and recruit without authorization from an executive Officers must not abuse power Respect must be paid towards other citizens Without permission from the lord, no such executive action will be allowed to commence. Reading it, it sounds like a protection of physical and digital media from censorship and destruction, so whilst I do think it'd include stop killing game innitiatives, it's be more broad and impactful than just games (so the title being changed a bit would make more sense I think), protecting all sorts of media from censorship and destruction would certainly be great, might need to define what is considered media, what is considered censorship of said media, and what is considered destruction of said media, amongs possibly another few definitions But I do think the idea itself has a lot merit, it's a good cause, also do make sure that you write "of media" instead of "from media", otherwise it just means protecting media from media Here's some propositions for the title: "Protection of physical and digital media" or "Protection of media from censorship and destruction" |
Yeah no, we are an independent region as Alto mare said, we will not be following rules from your region, we'll follow our own (even if they're likely going to be very similar tbf), the ambassies is here to allow our regions to interact together and do thing together more easily, not for you to apply your rules to us Drafting a WA law together could definitely happen, but it'd be voluntary, we won't go to you when writing one if we don't wish to do so Of course, if someone from here causes trouble over in your RMB, do inform us |

Greetings, Magna Archen. Unfortunately, our region is going through a period of decline. When Euvenia was founded here, the region consisted of 43 nations. Sadly, today there are only nine of us... and many are puppets. Alto mare, our Founder and Delegate, has been inactive for 19 days. I hope we can count on his presence again soon. A Frontier can increase its magnetism (its proportion of newly founded nations) if it has at least one new post on its message board within the last 12 hours. The last message in our RMB was 38 days ago... Euvenia was born here. I don't want to leave this region, which is why I joined WA to give a boost to Magna Archen If the current authorities permit it, I would like to launch a recruitment campaign to turn this region into a community—a space for coexistence and fraternity. I am not seeking any office; I am just an ordinary citizen who wishes to see their hometown prosper. Colleagues, thank you for your attention. |
