World Factbook Entry

Khidishi is a not-so-distant world of red trees and many moons, on which thrives an alien species called the critter. They resemble earthly canines: four-legged, furred, mammalian creatures. Yet, they are very chimerical in appearance; horns, feathers, talons, hooves, extra tails, and quills are the usual. They have their own vibrant cultures and expansive civilizations on their world.

This region exists simply so I can socialize in the factions I am interested in even if they are not embassies of each other. Like my nation itself, I decided to theme it around the setting of Linkmy webcomic, though the webcomic takes place over a century ago (in Earth terms).

Embassies: The Bar on the corner of every region, Foxtopia, The Galactics Union, The Interdimensional Community, The Nationstates Grocery Store, and Extrauniversal Research Coalition.

Tags: Anti-Fascist, Casual, FT: STL, Future Tech, LGBT, Minuscule, Multi-Species, Outer Space, Password, Post-Modern Tech, and Role Player.

Khidishi is home to a single nation.

Today's World Census Report

The Most Developed in Khidishi

The World Census compiles a "Human Development Index" by measuring citizens' average life expectancy, education, and income.

As a region, Khidishi is ranked 130th in the world for Most Developed.

E-FORM 3316
VERSION 4.1.0.9 SUB 34
APPLICATION FOR CONSIDERATION OF CLEARANCE UPGRADE FOR APPLYING TO NULLONIUM INFORMATION HANDLING CERTIFICATION COURSE COURSE CERTIFICATION
PARTS A, B, AND D

SUBMITTED BY: The Planet X Nexus • APPLICANT WORLD: KHIDISHI • CLEARANCE CURRENT STATUS: TIER 0s2 • FORM PROCESSOR: SIAR BUREAU OF STATE INFORMATION

PART A — APPLICANT INFORMATION

A-1. APPLICANT DESIGNATION:
The last xilien — Sole Administrator, The Planet X Nexus

A-2. APPLICANT WORLD OF ORIGIN:
The Planet X — Currently under full planetary quarantine. Surface dominated by containment subject designated Monster Zero, known as King Ghidorah. Applicant operating from orbital station designated The Planet X Nexus.

A-3. APPLICANT SPECIES:
Xilien. Advanced humanoid civilization of multi-galactic reach. Currently critically endangered. Conscious population: 1. Additional population: 9 individuals in cryogenic preservation, subterranean chambers, surface of The Planet X. Chamber integrity: degrading.

A-4. CURRENT CLEARANCE LEVEL:
TIER 0s2 — Embassy Zone Access, Siar Intranet observational access, unmetered global internet access.

A-5. CLEARANCE LEVEL SOUGHT:
TIER 0s3 — Required for access to Nullonium deposit information and eligibility to apply for the Nullonium Information Handling Certification Course Course Certification.

A-6. REASON FOR CLEARANCE UPGRADE REQUEST:
The Xilien civilization requires Nullonium to maintain cryogenic preservation of the 9 remaining Xilien biological specimens currently held in subterranean chambers on the surface of The Planet X, and to facilitate the containment of King Ghidorah to the planetary surface. Nullonium reserves aboard The Planet X Nexus are fully depleted. Harvesting operations across all previously contracted galactic quadrants have ceased. Restoration of Nullonium supply is the singular operational priority of this station.

A-7. APPLICANT NOTE REGARDING SPECIES IDENTIFICATION:
The applicant acknowledges the Siar clarification regarding the Critter species of Khidishi and confirms no confusion with Earthly canine lifeforms. The Xilien civilization has catalogued numerous quadrupedal species across multiple galactic quadrants. Critters are noted as a distinct species of the Acuti order, Creatura family, characterized by feathered pelts, flexible pointed ears, elongated snouts, and a range of individual mutations including horns, macroscopic feathers, additional tails, and variant foot structures. This classification has been logged in the Nexus anthropological archive.

PART B — INTENDED USE OF NULLONIUM INFORMATION

B-1. PURPOSE OF NULLONIUM INFORMATION REQUEST:
To identify viable Nullonium deposits accessible within or proximate to Khidishi and its six major moons for the purposes of negotiating extraction rights and resuming Xilien harvesting operations.

B-2. INTENDED EXTRACTION METHOD:
Nullonium Harvester units, designation PXNH series, operated remotely from The Planet X Nexus. Current fleet status: significantly reduced. Remaining operational units available for deployment upon confirmation of viable deposits and formal negotiation of extraction terms.

B-3. INTENDED APPLICATION OF EXTRACTED NULLONIUM:
All extracted Nullonium is intended for two purposes exclusively. First, restoration and maintenance of cryogenic chamber integrity for the 9 preserved Xilien individuals currently in stasis beneath the surface of The Planet X. Second, reassertion of King Ghidorah containment protocols. No military application is sought or intended.

B-4. INTENDED VOLUME OF EXTRACTION:
To be determined following access to deposit data under TIER 0s3 clearance. Current Nexus sensor arrays are unable to determine deposit volumes at this orbital distance. Volume requirements will be calculated against cryogenic chamber power demands and Nullonium-based containment threshold models once deposit data is made available.

B-5. DURATION OF EXTRACTION RIGHTS SOUGHT:
Extraction rights are sought for an indefinite period, contingent upon successful cryogenic chamber stabilization and resumption of King Ghidorah containment. The Planet X Nexus commits to renegotiation of terms at intervals determined appropriate by the Siar Bureau of State Information.

B-6. COMPENSATION AND RECIPROCAL ARRANGEMENTS OFFERED:
The Planet X Nexus is prepared to offer mutual security consultation, access to Xilien multi-quadrant navigational and survey data accumulated across centuries of intergalactic operation, and anthropological records pertaining to species and civilizations encountered during Xilien galactic expansion. Full terms subject to formal negotiation.

PART D — SUPPLEMENTARY DECLARATIONS

Note: Part C of E-Form 3316 v.4.1.0.9 sub 34 is not required for non-Siar applicants operating under Embassy Zone access provisions. Part C omission logged per Bureau of State Information Non-Citizen Exemption provisions.

After a few days, a group of small probes appear on your radar. A few release numerous smaller probes, many entering the atmosphere of Planet X. A nearby container probe rendezvous with the orbital station and, rather than releasing its probes, broadcasts a message toward the last Xilien:

  • Start transmission.

  • Aggregated transmission compiled and translated by the Siar Committee of Xenoanthropology.

  • Thank you for prompt submission of E-Form 3316 v.4.1.0.9, subsection 34.

  • We performed database queries of your system.

  • Planetary body 04-65391 returned one positive result, but endemic species "Xilien" returned no result above the certainty threshold of 99.8%.

  • We have sent preliminary probes to investigate and catalog your species and environment.

  • Please do not interfere with the investigatory probes.

  • The Committee of Xenoanthropology: Subcommittee for the Research and Catalog of Sapient Organisms requests that you fill out Form 78-1: Self-Identification of Postpopulous Class 1 Specimen, subsection A, parts A and B for cross-examination.

  • The state of your population is alarming.

  • We can carry through with the course for the certification course.

  • However, we believe it would be wise to alternatively apply to the Siar Committee of Interstellar Humanitarian Aid, for Nullonium allocation.

  • This will expedite your access to Nullonium for the purposes of resuscitating and stabilizing your population.

  • Given your formal approval, we will begin processing an internal request.

  • End transmission.
