The former prime-minister of my country was caught evading taxes, but the court declared him innocent because the money came from bribery during his time in office and, according to the judge, you do not have to declare cash you receive from corruption. Also, he was found guilty of said corruption, but the deadline for him to be declared guilty passed, so he's innocent according to the judge.

Now that's some stuff that is questionable.
