The Hegendstaat of Eraver

Hey Guys! the new constitution is here, and I shorten the parts to only 3 and added grievances, The new tribal federal government is strong that you can defend the country from outsiders, trying to make the nation weak.

In 1453, Eraver was declared independence from Diomia and with independence came the new map of Eraver. Eraver was founded on values of Hope, Faith and Country. In 1858, Eraver was in civil war between Captain Star's army and Yellowsburg Separtists. The war ran from 1858 to 1865 when the military won the victory. Now Eraver has a constitution that serves to protect from chaos.

Clause I

We, Eraverians, must have order in this society. Without it, it would be chaos.

Clause II

The president can have decisions on Eraver and every states.

Clause III

Every power goes to the states to decide on which every law is passed.

Clause IV

Immigrants that are entering the nation should salute the flag 5 times a day

Clause V

Every political party should be formed based on political views and politics.

Clause VI

The government should broadcast news, cinema, delayed broadcasting in secondary channels, kids, and webseries. Adult stuff should be prohibited in G-rated broadcasting.

Clause VII

A president must rule for 2 years, because we have term limits on the president, if the president rules longer than 2 years, the election will happen and the president will be replaced with the other president that is better than the previous president.

Clause VIII

Bribes are optional. It is a choice to not take bribes if you oppose to corruption but in politicians, it should be mandatory since politicians in Eraver must bribe for the companies who supported every political views.

Clause IX

We, the Eraverian citizens, should obey the laws of the President. Protesting is acceptable but overthrowing or starting a coup is not. Every citizen is patriotic here so if you are a citizen of Eraver, you can salute the flag as part of Patriotism Act.

Clause X

We believed in the name of equality, equality makes us safe, without equality, it will be chaos, so, don't discriminate races by using racial slurs, racial slurs should be banned in meetings, schools, etc. Racial slurs will make people offended, so, don't let that happen again!

Clause XI

Protesting is a right for Eraver, Peaceful protesting is allowed here but if the protest goes violent, we can send the military and megaphones saying "You must stay away from the protest. Anyone can be hit during a protest".

Amendments

1. Creating a new beginning and the new constitution.
2. Our economy is socialist, We must work.
3. Making a Socialist Utopia, We must live in the Utopia, and not Dystopia.
4. Let's give it to the poor who is needed for money.
5. A newly improved but short constitution is here, guys.
6. Socialism is extinct in Eraver
7. Business is here in Capitalism.
8. Socialism is back!
9. The new constitution edition is here.
10. The government adds more rules in television.
11. Kids are airing in Eraveria Network.
12. the Monarchy has been established since the proposal has reached a million of votes.
13. Eraver is now a queendom, the constitution has made changes to Eraver.
14. Eraver is now a republic because of the people are tired about the Queendom and demand to change back to the republic.
15. Protesting is now a right in Eraver.
16. Eraver is now a monarchy.
17. the Suggestion box is now added to the Eraver's government desk.
18. The New Constitution is added.

And so Zakiron rode horseback towards his private plane hanger, where his ISA Type 43J Fighter (a hold-over from the 'previous Empire' by special request, despite its design being 24 years older than their current technological time-frame) was held. He took little time jumping from being a horse rider to a prop fighter pilot, and once up in the air, began flying at high speed towards the Yurizuisenzokujin mainland.

Nearly three and a half hours would pass before Zakiron made initial contact with an intercepting defensive fighter group from that nation. When asked why he approached them without prior contact, he made his intentions pure and known.

"I am Zakiron Tsune, the Emperor of Sunaiya, and I'm here to find Hikari Mafornicae, your Kuro Tenshi, and my fiance!"

"Where am I..." Hikari asked.

"My little playground, sweetie." Akari said with a smile. "Teehee! Do you like it? I hope you do," she continued.

"It's peaceful here..." Hikari replied, still under the control of the demon.

"But not me... I'm so sad." Akari's eyes glowed red and choked the fallen tenshi. Hikari coughed- wheezed- and needed air. But since she was hypnotized, she cannot do anything else. The demon giggled insanely and slammed her into a tree.

"ENTERTAIN ME, LITTLE PLAYTOY!!"

Hikari's head bled. She regained consciousness instantaneously but she sustained a laceration on the back of her head as she hit the tree with a great force. Defenseless, she just sat down in defeat, still bleeding. A furious Akari then dashed towards her and shook her wildly.

"I SAID, ENTERTAIN ME!! DON'T BREAK ON ME! I'VE HAD SO MANY TOYS AND THEY ALL BROKE! YOU WILL ENTERTAIN ME AND THAT'S IT! UNDERSTAND!?" she shouted. Hikari cried and nodded, before vomiting after she was shook wildly.

At Hokusei, Megumi felt her sister's grief. Much to her shock, Hikari was gone and nowhere to be found. While Aika and Nagae were busy talking, Megumi dashed and interrupted their talk.

"Excuse me, Empress, and Lady Nagae: but Hikari is missing!"

"WHAT!?" Nagae and Aika said in unison, shocked.

"Tell me that is not true!" Aika continued.

"It is!" Megumi replied. Nagae closed her eyes. "She's been... captured..." she said. "By... Tsubasa..."

Silence and grief filled the air of the Imperial Palace. At the skies of the Empire, F-15YZ fighters intercepted the Sunaiyan warplane. After it stated its purpose, the fighter group initially refused. But after knowing it was from an allied nation, they let it land on, luckily, Hokusei Airport, which was a few kilometers from the Imperial Palace. Hikari was captured, and she had became Akari's playtoy... of death.
