Glad you asked! For starters, you can make an IC post about your government's interest in the organization and why. I would include the name of the Turkic peoples you have within your borders and provide the name of your representative. Said representative doesn't have to be of Türük ethnicity if for whatever reason they just can't and your Türük doesn't have to have an IRL equivalent. All information in both of my dispatches should provide enough for you to effectively decide what you want to do with yours either custom or directly inspired.
