The Queen's State of Adjace is a gargantuan, socially progressive nation, ruled by the Governor with a fair hand, and remarkable for its burgeoning deer population. The hard-nosed, hard-working, democratic population of 30.468 billion Adjaceans enjoy a sensible mix of personal and economic freedoms, while the political process is open and the people's right to vote held sacrosanct.

The medium-sized, outspoken government is dominated by the Department of Industry, with Law & Order, Welfare, and Education also on the agenda, while Spirituality and Public Transport are ignored. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Capital Heights. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 15.6%.

The powerhouse Adjacean economy, worth a remarkable 1,006 trillion betales a year, is highly specialized and led by the Trout Farming industry, with major contributions from Automobile Manufacturing, Cheese Exports, and Door-to-door Insurance Sales. Average income is 33,029 betales, with the richest citizens earning 6.5 times as much as the poorest.

Voting is voluntary, the automotive industry soaks up huge government handouts, Adjace has designated Capital Heights as its capital city, and the Governor has just been declared ruler of Adjace in an international press conference. Crime is a problem. Adjace's national animal is the deer, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests.

Adjace is ranked 85,454^th in the world and 1^st in Adjace for Most Secular, with 17.37 Atheism Rate.
