Amalgan Forces Push Paltorvia Back To The Border

Three weeks have passed since the conflict has erupted. 312,000 people from both sides have been injured or killed so far, with roughly 65% of these casualties occurring within the first week of the conflict. Through the will to defend our nation however, we've managed to take back the lands of which Paltorvia has previously occupied. Queen Fraelene gives a huge appreciation to the Reefs for supporting Amalgania in this conflict and has pledged to continue doing everything that they can to put an end to this war.

On the side of Paltorvia, riots have been raging in the cities of Yore, Pallorius, Yunville and Asophia to name a few. These pleas to bring an end to the conflict however have been met with brutal suppression from the authorities that currently rule their nation with an iron fist. Minority groups, whom of which are mostly of Griddyian and Amalgan descent have been treat the worst, with some being publicly executed as either a display of power or as a way to rule over the Paltorvian population through fear by making an example of the people that are deemed as "the enemy". Lucius Cain, current dictator of Paltorvia has openly admitted that the usage of WMD's has been considered, which has done nothing but spark more uproar in the nation.

Humanitarian efforts are being made by Amalgania to support and free anyone that has been or is being suppressed by the corrupt, tyrannical rule of Lucius Cain but this has proved difficult, due to the destroyed environment left behind by Paltorvian forces in the areas they had previously occupied. Having no ports is a massive problem for Amalgania in this sense as any overseas escapees must flee to the other bordering nations The griddy or Breegent instead where the borderlands are much more hospitable at the moment, but Queen Fraelene is open to co-operate with both nations in order to bring these people to safety. For now though, we will hold the front at the border until the environment has been cleaned out which will allow us to supply our forces properly, or until Lucius Cain stands down and brings an end to this unnecessary conflict.

May hope not be yet lost for Amalgania. Glory to the future, our people and our leader, Queen Fraelene of Amalgania.

Paltorvian Response To Amalgania

"We are not permitted to adhere to your demands. Appalling, really, that The Reefs of Caridea would choose to support an absolute monarchy over a nation that has always offered advancement to the region. This barbaric country needs to be stamped out before they follow the way that all monarchies of the past have gone down - destruction. I will do anything in my power, even if it kills me, to take you down. That is how devoted I am to the perfection that I strive for in this region. There is no surrendering, and this country will not stand down until you are the ones who are brought to your knees. You hold no authority over this region, Amalgania, and Queen Fraelene certainly holds no authority over me either".

Paltorvia has increased its war efforts shortly after this statement from Lucius Cain and are now likely going to unleash an offensive against Amalgania in the next coming days. It is unknown as to what devastation this can cause but regardless, it has shown that there is likely no peaceful means of bringing an end to this war. Following these public statements the riots across the nation have grown, but so has the suppression of the associates of these rebellions. It is unknown as to what will entail for both Paltorvia and Amalgania in the coming future but it is likely that it will be nothing good for anyone in the region.
