So I don't know if I'll be active in the RP, I vanished last time because of IRL stuff, but I will be around if people have questions or etc. If I do decide to come back to RP full time, it may just be solely as a NPC controller again, if the region needs/wants it that is.

Let's unilaterally declare an uneven treaty to effectively blockade the USSR's Black Sea and Baltic Sea ports by strength of our own ability to enforce them.

If we all commit to it, then the Soviets will be impotent to threaten all of us with a war they would most certainly lose, and have no recourse but to grin and bear blockade with perhaps only one ratline of remaining commerce through the White Sea...

Give the USSR six months of this and its economy, and very quickly after its government, can collapse, and we can get into the real meat and gravy of dismantling Russia and its empire.
