The Colony of TRC33 is a gargantuan, environmentally stunning nation, renowned for its compulsory military service and devotion to social welfare. The democratic population of 27.76 billion TRC33ians love a good election, and the government gives them plenty of them. Universities tend to be full of students debating the merits of various civil and political rights, while businesses are tightly regulated and the wealthy viewed with suspicion.

The large, socially-minded government juggles the competing demands of Welfare, Education, and Healthcare. The average income tax rate is 48.0%, but much higher for the wealthy.

The large but underdeveloped TRC33ian economy, worth 803 trillion Citas a year, is led by the Book Publishing industry, with major contributions from Cheese Exports, Arms Manufacturing, and Beef-Based Agriculture. State-owned companies are common. Average income is 28,961 Citas, and distributed extremely evenly, with little difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a capable police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. TRC33's national animal is the Vippertooth Dragon, which soars majestically through the nation's famously clear skies.

TRC33 is ranked 62,852^nd in the world and 1^st in The Refugee Camp for Safest, scoring 98.93 on the Bubble-Rapp Safety Rating.
