The Kingdom of Droruega is a massive, socially progressive nation, remarkable for its barren, inhospitable landscape, irreverence towards religion, and spontaneously combusting cars. The hard-nosed, hard-working, democratic population of 2.375 billion Drorwegians live in a state of perpetual fear, as a complete breakdown of social order has led to the rise of order through biker gangs.

The minute, liberal, pro-business, outspoken government, or what there is of one, is effectively ruled by the Department of Defense, although Administration is also considered important, while International Aid and Spirituality receive no funds. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 5.2%.

The strong Drorwegian economy, worth 134 trillion Drorwegian kroner a year, is driven almost entirely by the private sector, which is broadly diversified and led by the Uranium Mining industry, with significant contributions from Information Technology, Arms Manufacturing, and Door-to-door Insurance Sales. Average income is 56,528 Drorwegian kroner, but there is a vast disparity between incomes, with the richest 10% of citizens earning 364,330 per year while the poor average 3,543, a ratio of 102 to 1.

The tenet of free speech is held dear, organ donation is compulsory, the military refers to helpless combatants offering surrender as "sitting ducks", and earthquake sirens are a leading cause of hearing loss. Crime is a serious problem, probably because of the absence of a police force. Droruega's national animal is the moose, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation.

Droruega is ranked 248,858^th in the world and 5^th in Drorwegian Realms for Nicest Citizens, with 7.52 average smiles per day.
