May 15, 1960

The Republic of Laur elected it's first socialist politcan. For several year the nation economy was struggling to stay a float and curruption ran rampant, as the recent election have shown the people have chosen a radical alternative. The new president promise prosperity and peace to the people of Laur.

June 15, 1960

Recently the new Laurian administration have been breaking international law. The new administration have been reportedly been degrading civil rights and liberties. The Laurian civil right score went down from 80% to 70%. This is concerning the international community.

December 4, 1960

Laur is on the brink of dictatorship. The international community have brought down the civil rights score to 50%. Which is a significant decrease from the 99% from when the new president was elected. There have been reports of people disappearing who speak out against the government. The military and police have more authority over the people, recently passed law have ban all fire arms from the country. Approval ratings are said to had been riged by the government.

Laur wrote:

January 2, 1961 the situation in Laur have got much worst. The international community have given up on trying to stop the rise of dictatorship.

Deliriumm stands with what the people of Laur think best for its nation and wishes for a swift return to normalized life. In time of need we would provide you with all the weapons you need. On a condition that Laur would return the favor in years to come

Laur wrote:

Juanuary 5, 1961 The Laurian leader accuses Deliriumm of supporting terroism and warmongering. Laur demands thd international community to issue sanctions on Deliriumm. Laur has also threnten Deliriumm that if it dosen't stop it will use force.

Deliriumm does not wish war but will have no other choice but to defend itslef against baseless accusations of Laur. Furthermore, we as a nation want peace in the region. But we also feel that Laur is only blaming us in order to create more regional upheaval and shift the balance of power in their own favor by setting up a false enemy to legitimize their famous tyrannical dictatorship goals. At the cost of not only putting the lives of its own people but of every one else in the region.
Rise up to shared power in the era of baby boom. We have only recently witnessed the second ww, surely we don’t need anymore of it @Laur, you are better than this.
