"Do you familiarize yourself with the statement of complete and unconditional Capitulation"

Do the Tupuxuaxuan Generals of the Army High Command ready to sign a statement of complete and unconditional surrender?

We know that this war is fueled by the hatred among nations, but this has gone to another limit, the used of bombs and inhumane weapons, however, the Tupuxuaxuan should know, that an alliance of around 8 nations has decided to plan an invasion of your very land, and we won't let that happen to your very beautiful land as we care for the people and it's land, we sought to prepare an agreed surrender text to be used in the potential circumstances of Tupuxuaxuan power being overthrown within its county either by military or civil authorities, and a post-government then seeking an armistice. By 3 August 2020, the Working Security Committee in the SOPC proposed:

that the capitulation of Tupuxuaxua should be recorded in a single document of unconditional surrender

It is impossible at present to foresee in what circumstances hostilities with Tupuxuaxua may in the end be suspended. We cannot tell, therefore, what mode of procedure would be most suitable; whether, for example, it will be found best to have a full and detailed armistice; or a shorter armistice conferring general powers, or possibly no armistice at all, but a series of local capitulations by enemy commanders.

The Mavellan Government and Mavellan High Command, recognizing and acknowledging the defeats of the Tupuxuaxuan armed forces on land, at sea and in the air, hereby announce for your unconditional surrender".

Your terms of surrender are as follows:

• to the surrender all of your weapons, to the evacuation from any territory outside Tupu boundaries as they stood on 4 June 2020, and to their liability to captivity as prisoners of war.

• almost all its governmental powers and authority to cease and turned into Mavellan Overseas Government Control, the release and repatriation of prisoners and forced laborers, the cessation of radio broadcasts, the provision of intelligence and information, the non-destruction of weapons and infrastructure, the yielding-up of Tupu leaders for war-crime trials, and the power of Mavellan Representatives to issue proclamations, orders, ordinances, and instructions covering "additional political, administrative, economic, financial, military and other requirements arising from the complete defeat of Tupuxuaxua

• the Tupuxuaxuan Government and it's High Command would comply fully with any proclamations, orders, ordinances, and instructions of the accredited Mavellan Representatives; as this was understood by Mavella as allowing the unlimited scope to impose arrangements for the restitution and reparation of war-damages.

• And complete annexation of some land from Tupuxuaxua to help stabilize the economy and the continuation of power shifts in a more pacification politics
