(OOC: Operation Sekien was already done by this time) Monika sat on the edge of the OSS Großhausen with her legs hung over the side. In the cold waters of the Cascade, the Morning sun blessed her skin like a baptism. A new beginning of sorts. Not for her, but for Oskarheim. She swung her legs back and worth waiting for the event. Monika fiddled with her short blonde locks, twisting her hair with her finger. She waited, 10 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour before deciding to move from her static position. With a clunk, her heels smashed up against the dark steel of the heavy cruiser. Like drums, she stomped her way 'round the ship looking for a captain of the imperial ship. The Empress flung open the door with fury in her eyes. She equipped her SA dagger from her pocket and held it up to the poor captain's throat as she grabbed him, “WHY IS IT TAKING SO LONG!?” she screamed, spitting all over him. “Well… ah, ma’a- Your Highness, we are currently waiting on clearance from the people that are too set off the device. There seems to be something wrong with the trigger.” he said, his voice weary. Monika retracted her knife from his throat and threw it at the wall, impaling the steel. She let out several oooooh's and ahhhhh's as the water hit the surface of the Cascade ocean, then dispersing in a circle. Towering waves collided with the small selection of ships. The Empress was thrown off her spot on the side of the ship as the waves hit the Großhausen, landing on the cold steel of a ship laughing. She burst out in excitement, still on the ground "IT WORKED! IT WORKED!" she continued to laugh as the hit the ship, rocking them like a broken baby cradle. and just like that, Oskarheim had become an Atomic power Athenon, Following morning It was a normal day in the Western Usonean Democracy, people were just waking up for a day of work.
