The Northern Workers Confederation (NWC) is a communist party in The North Pacific, founded by the Russian Brotherhood, the party's first Chairman. The Northern Workers Confederation supports Leon Trotsky and his ideology following his ideas.

- Internationalism, the working nations of different countries should unite to overthrow capitalist systems and create a socialist society.
- Socialism: For the idea to live it must be supported by more regions.
- Elections All nations will have a say in what they want no matter their influence.
