Neyde spears kingdom

Neyde sat sullenly in her room. Another hazy day. The sunlight glared through the unwanted gap in the curtain, brightening up the dust and dryness around her. She hadn't been out in a while, so much to do, so many plans that had just come up to nothing. Now the Autumn was coming, still no transport reservations, still no work with the fairies, the historical book hadn't even been started. It all felt empty.

"Is this what you wanted?" a husky voice asked from across the room
"Oh piss off you," Neyde sighed, heaving over the bed to get a glass of water. She hadn't been drinking enough that day.
"Is this what you wanted?" it repeated itself, sounding as dried out as a dead insect "try try try, always saying you'll do this or do that. and nothing. why? too lazy?"
Neyde tried her best to ignore whatever the thing was, waving her arms like a tired butterfly. Tiredly, she sat up on the bed and reached for a packet of crisps.
"Its not my fault. I'm not very well at the moment."
"But what happened to all those outlets?" the voice seemed to be touching her shoulders now "all those stories you wanted to write, all the changes you wanted to make to help others out. The song contest? all gone down the drain. and for what?"
"Maybe i just don't want this anymore..." Neyde sighed suddenly. Her eyes felt heavy.

She flopped back onto the bed "all those dreams i had when i was little, maybe its time to just give them up. They always say follow your dreams or whatevs but at the end of the day its all the same sappy bollocks. I can't do it anymore, what's the use?"
The thing seemed to smile then "leave" it whispered. "Leave this place, don't tell anyone, don't make a show of it. Just close the door and don't ever look back. No use now." its dry voiced soothed out "its never for ever; you move on, people forget about you. you don't need to keep forcing it. just leave."

Neyde sat still for a second, then she smiled and she shook her head. "you're right. things do move on. But not this." She stood up then, not looking strong, not defiant, but calm. "I might not be able to do everything i wanted to do right now, but that doesn't mean I'll never do it right?" The voice drew back, stuttering.
"No, i get to talk now" Neyde paced up to her mirror, fitting on her old lipstick. It was dry, she hadn't worn it in a while, but she didn't care, "Its not set in stone, it never is, now if you'd leave me alone now, I'm trying to have a little rest."
She expected a response, but none came. Smiling, she headed back to her bed, and this time she made sure the curtains were closed. Closing her eyes, she remembered a story she had made up for her teddy bears as a little girl, but she had never had time to finish it.
"Now then..." she whispered softly to herself, as she slowly drifted off into a dream.

[Port Novoda, Orbonia Coast]
[Weather: Partly Cloudy, New Moon]
[Emergency Care Wing, Port Novoda Medical District]

After being hauled by train into the ECW of Port Novoda's main hospital, Hannah Garcia slowly began to wake from her deep sleep. Periodically waking up, staring into the light, and falling back into the darkness. The little digital clock next to her read 1:03 when she slowly woke up. Strangely, she could not seem to be able to get up, as if everything below her upper thigh went numb.
But it hadn't gone numb.
She could still feel her knees, her forelegs, her feet, her furred pads which she constantly wriggled around when uncomfortable, but still, something felt wrong. She felt as if her legs were made of iron, cold, and lifeless. She felt like her feet made little, mechanical whirring sounds when moving. She felt as if...
she raised the cloth over her destroyed legs, revealing jet-black masses, jointed where her kneecaps should have been, and where her new permanent iron boots met her forelegs.
Internally, she simply was saying to herself, "Yep... that's a bionic set of legs... uhuh... normal... okay... yep...", slowly sipping a cup of tea as to show her inherent cockiness.
Externally, she screamed, "I HAVE A BIONIC PAIR OF LEGS! THIS IS COMPLETELY NORMAL AND IN NO WAY FRIGHTENING!" her absolutely real calmness reeling herself in by the end of her sentence as she continued to yell for somebody to explain to her why her normal biological legs were missing.
A few minutes later, a synthetic doctor in a plain blue lab coat, and blue LEDs as eyes, exclaiming her name as he turned on the lights, before she turned to him, quickly pulling up the covers exposing her new, strange endoskeleton.
"No need, no need." the doctor forced out as he pulled himself out of his fearful trance. "I apologize for this inconvenience! I only did the operation, not the paperwork!"
"What paperwork?" Hannah said, with urgency, but without shouting, as if asking where her keys were after losing them. She looked down again, deciding it to be worthless to have her covers on as nothing else was exposed outside of her iron legs which he clearly knew about. "I don't remember signing a thing."
"You... didn't sign any paperwork for this?"
"Yes... I did..." Hannah looked around as if this was obvious... because a doctor should know what their subject wants.
"God DAMNIT! I've been fooled again by the system!" The doctor grasped his head in shock at what just they found out.
"It's not that big a deal, I have a pair of bionic legs, that is almost exponentially better than having them shattered, even if I didn't want it from the beginning... oh, so that's why you're mad."
"You're a checker from the Ministry of Health, right?" the doctor asked. "If so, this is not your direct fault. We've had these weird policies like this for years here. Like, you remember how people no longer can legally remember the fact that we cannot own Komodo Dragons as pets, even though our friends in St. Normia are legally obliged to do so." The spark of political correctness exploded in their eyes before an actual explosion made itself known outside the window.
A red and white blast expanded from the port when the sound within the hospital ceased to exist...
then it did again.
It came back as a shower of glass erupted from where the window once stood, and the shockwave made itself known when Hannah's eardrums went ringing, and she covered her head with the covers, stopping most shards of glass, while some embedded themselves within her exposed neck and spine.
The doctor quickly snatched her out of the hospital bed, stood her up, and walked her over to what he thought was the center of the building. He knew the second blast was coming, maybe a third, and when they did, they both would be immobile.
Despite the easily imaginable pain coming from the dozens of tiny shards of glass in her back, Hannah refused to scream. She decided to view this all as a test, and that the pain was a byproduct of the test. She wanted to get out of the doctor's grasp, but he was firm in his grip, and his strides were absolute. Even if she wanted to leave, she knew he was taking her to her safety... and even if he wasn't there was no way of knowing what he was taking her to.
She simply huddled down, moved her feet as much as she could, and enjoyed the ride while it lasted.
Shouting and clamorous steps were heard ahead, mistaking them for help, the doctor walked further, hoping for the best. Suddenly, two men stopped right in front of them.
They were armored in standard Corlenian gear, but they were painted entirely black, outside of their grey helmets, which had their visors down, and bandanas pulled up. A circular red and black patch spelled it out as bright as day.
They were Dunovans.
One of them shouted, "MACHINE!" and pointed their rifle in the doctor's direction.
In response, the Doctor held his hands upwards but was immediately shut out by a hail of bullets that tore through his body.
Hannah, letting go, tried to run in the opposite direction down the curved corridor, but suddenly realized that her legs only moved around 5 degrees in each direction, probably due to a lack of coordinance with the electronics inside, before she tripped and fell to the ground, chest first.
The two Dunovan soldiers walked towards the mutant, rifles extended in her position. Realizing her position, Hannah felt a surge of determination to begin moving. She focused on moving her legs as the soldiers approached her.
They sneered at the hybrid in front of them, saying nothing, yet saying everything that needed to be said.
She focused harder, determination increasing exponentially when she suddenly felt a tick in her knees.
She put her hands beside her as the connection between herself and her new legs became official. With a kick, the two were knocked back as Hannah turned to the doctor, nodding slightly in approval before the building rocked with the coming of the second phase of the explosion.
She took off down the hallway, following the holographic signs that illuminated the way to the exit.
The two soldiers were lost in the dust, bleeding from the nose and suffering from many fractures in the jaw.
A mere skip before getting out of the hallway, a sharp pain became obvious in Hannah's left arm. Another came through her upper spine, another, mere inches from her kidney.
She fell to the ground, desperately crawling towards the automatic door, glass shards all over the floor.
A hard pressing was felt on her arm, stopping Hannah in her tracks.
"Your perseverance is admirable. For that, I will spare your current fate for a very different one."
Hannah heard a near-whisper behind her as she was cuffed by a man in a long black robe and cap, his chest shining with chevrons and medals, in the image of a great dictator.
He was a Dunovan Officer, and now, she was in his grasps. But instead of instantaneous death, as would be normal for a captured individual by such dictatorships' soldiers, she was swiftly hauled into the cargo section of a helicopter.
Her wounds were patched by a field medic within the transport. He would sometimes turn to the officer, asking such questions as "Why can't we just kill her?" or "Why is SHE an exception?" and sometimes he would turn to her and whispered "You're not safe yet, lady. Trust me."
Soon enough, they were off the ground, and finally, the burning port erupted in a third explosion, decimating the apartment complexes and fuel tanks close to the port. The entire residential district is on fire, and it is spreading rapidly.
Hannah watched as her old home burned, powerless again.

"And as we wrap up our morning news, we would like to bring some breaking news to you. At around 1:30 AM last night, the Harbor of Port Novoda was struck with a major explosion. Details show that the blast was non-nuclear but powerful enough to destroy around 15% of the Harbor and 40% of all ships stationed within it. The residential zones surrounding the mouth of the Harbor were hit especially hard, with as many as 300 killed in their sleep. A large portion of the Corlenian 13th Fleet was obliterated in the blast, but the experimental battlecruiser CNDF Inquisitor was spared from the fire.
Soon afterward, Heavily armed and armored soldiers were dropped into the city by helicopter, and an estimated 40 civilians inside the Port Novoda Medical Center were taken by these strange individuals. Current trends with the sudden disappearance of Corlenian forces in the Dunovan regions, as well as the attack on the Helm suggest that these attacks were carried out by Dunovan extremists, though it could simply be-

People of Corlenia...

Like it or not, we are back. We have been waiting for our chance to come back and reclaim what was originally ours when there was no Corlenia. We do not wish to bring chaos to your streets nor to your people, but we will do so if you and your people do not follow our orders by the book.
Life will return to the way it was long before Corlenia entered our territory, against our will. Those of you who we hold a belief could turn against us will be brought in for questioning, then released. Your soldiers who once held a monopoly on our grand militias and prevented our culture from flourishing again by acting as an occupying force will be removed forcefully from our borders, and all infrastructure they once held will be deconstructed.
Before your little deal shattered our economy and ruined our cities, we would have asked all citizens of your bordering cities to leave, but now, because of what your brainless elders have done to us, we have no choice but to occupy and officially annex them. It is only fair that we, the oppressed minority, take back what was once ours.
Finally, the entirety of Ronovod will be brought under our watchful eyes as a client state, and the rest of the Corlenian provinces are to officially disband, paying us a total of thirty million neekoes to rebuild our nation.
We hope you and your government make whatever decision you think will end the lives of fewer people.

Your future allies,

Recently something has been coming to rise in the United States, Sparrowhawk Inc has been letting beta testers use their jet pack technology. For what reasons is unknown to the public but its what the testers are doing with such tech, Jetpack airsoft.

In a dangerous match of Airsoft, testers would fly around a patch of abandoned buildings and grounds shooting at each other, with special devices and helmets to allow teamwork, protection, hit indicators, JP fuel, and fun. Although safety was not that much of a priority as there has already been a few injuries and jetpack damages.

Such use of technology was called irresponsible by some, but the sport group has been eating up the recordings and livestreams, paying good money to watch the testers go at it in their matches. So the company hasn't stopped it, and the Testers continue to have their fun. Is this the start of something new?

The Jetpack sports have taken the Electran sports and geek community by storm, all around the country people are lining up at Sparrowhawk Inc to become beta testers. Now many games and independent groups have been recording their skills at playing different sports using their jetpacks.

There has been rumors of a large group of beta testers closely working with Sparrowhawk, SolTech, and known engineers and builders to create a whole new sport. The hype is f*cking real as already millions have become fans and some have signed up to take part or support this project.

No information as of yet, but it's going to be something unlike anything anyone has seen.

Corlenian-Dunova Crisis

After being asked many questions and request to announce his stance on the situation in Corlenia. Head Councilor Christopher Stargazer decides to speak to the populace, and announce the nations stance in the Crisis.

HC Christopher Stargazer: "As many of you know currently the nation of Colenia is in crisis, the nation is on the brink of Civil War and it seems that if the fires of war are lit it will be devastating." He pauses for the journalist to finish and the information to be taken in. "And I will say this, North Electrica will NOT get involved." Many people are surprised by this statement. "We already have Electrican military forces and civilians in the continent of Warsaru, and to prevent a possible political disaster we cannot deploy any more troops. We may have gotten involved with other nations internal struggles, but I would rather not start a cross continental war."

He would then continue on "Now of course we will set up civilian safe zones if civil war is to occur, and if not we will be around to support those in need financially. That is all." Reports come forward to ask questions but the Head Councilor was already speeding away on his wheelchair.

20 Year Run Coming to an Eng?

It is now that time again. It happened over 20 years ago on this day, and 2 times before that. This day marked V.O.E. Day, or Victory over the Empire, the day when families come together and celebrate their freedom, and afterwards a week of remembrance and honouring the dead of both sides.

But in the government it means that in the next 10 months there will be a political race for a new Head Councilor. Or Christopher Stargazer may break the system and have a second run, allowing his children more time to grow up before he kicks the bucket and either his son Abraham or Daughter Jasmine.

We shall see where this road takes us.

Cavernous and cold, a tunnel of militarized metal stretching towards ends unseen... Lily could feel the waters edge, the only way was through the all-consuming dark.
With her heart racing and purpose set, she pulled herself into the embrace of the silent shaft... there was no measure of time within her long dive, her breathing tensing as air ran short.
Meter by meter she drifted... before the agonizing voyage stopped short as she collided clumsily with the finality of the tunnel, its opposing end a painful if welcome sensation.
Slipping within the belly of the station through the un-watched heart, a deft drift of a dozen meters through the dark red-lit fields of coolant capillaries and other piping of unknown purpose...
Shouts echoed around, distant and closing... her intrusion noticed, but far too late... the heavy bulkhead sliding aside with a gently push, the empty heart sitting and begging for her presence.
Arriving at the empty chamber, its mechanical limbs accepting her body as needles drove deep into her arms... a flush of fluids filling the void as the capsule sealed shut.

Lily stood above the water... the placid surface mirroring the utopian surface below, unconcerned and unaware... the cracking chitter of the growing plant seemed deafening, its putrid purple form flailing and festering upon the shattered sky.
With a determined stamp upon the now solid surface, she pulled her golden lance from the air...

The long silent weapons platform surged to life as thrusters fired, the blue streams shunting its bulk to bring the barrel to bear upon the distant Bahram, flurries of panicked transmissions echoed across Utopia's orbit as time seemed to still... a brilliant white light lanced off into the void, the sheer blinding fury easily visible to the naked eye for those upon Utopia's surface.

Its target, the returning N-7, cut its engine immediately... the plasma plume diffusing to nothing just before the energetic light seared its metal surface, two shuttles departed from the stricken vessel before the second annihilating beam caught it dead center, evaporating the upper levels and setting the wreck spinning upon its now terminal flight.
The first of the bulky Jericho shuttles came in far too steep, burning away in the atmosphere in a brilliant streak as the carcass of its mother-ship bore down upon the fields of Old Kandory.
Wreckage spilled out over dozens of kilometers before the final metal bulk slammed into the dirt, carving a crater hundreds of meters wide as a dirty plume shot forth into the sky.

The lone surviving shuttle settled into a shallow dive, gliding over the oceans to come crashing down within a secluded valley in North Electrica... crashing through dense trees and rocks, arriving in a swampy ditch where it slowly settled into the mud.

We hope this message finds you well, and this is the start of a growing bond between our two nations.

Twin Swords Shall Protect Thy Brother.

Jezabelstien wrote:Cavernous and cold, a tunnel of militarized metal stretching towards ends unseen...

Lunbassa Valley

After the strange craft crash landed in the Valley of Lunabassa, Electran Guard and Sentinels where sent to investigate the situation. Whatever crash landed released ridiculous amounts of radiation so Sentinels secured the crash site first before Androids came in and began to make dig in defenses and inspect the craft with equipment.

Later a few modules buildings and barbed wire electrical fences surrounded the area, hans with rad suits began to come in via aircraft as pieced of the craft was being collected and inspected in makeshift labs. Observations has shown that the engines are highly dangerous and contained to prevent injuries or damages, on the right side of the craft a machine has been set up to cut into it for any possible survivors or dead.

Main Building

Man: "What can you call us about this UFO?"

Android Man: "Well from what we know it is not of Valrassari or the other race design. And it seems to have a more bulky design than the Meridian Commonwealth."

Woman: "So that gives us the Lake of Perseverance. A new alien race. Or that nation that sent multiple craft into space some years ago?" She was referring to the many craft sent into space observed by Electran satellites, also one of the two reasons why NESDEC is developing future technologies.

Android Man 2: "Besides that, our men are ready to cut into and inspect the interior of the craft, you give the order and we'll move in."

Woman 2: "Are you insane! We don't know what that would do to the surrounding area, what if these strange disease or possibly a bomb stronger than a nuke inside!"

Man: "She is true, there are many risk in opening the craft, outside alone the crashed ship has released a tremendous amount of radiation, forcing an entire town to be evacuated. What could possibly be waiting inside?"

Android Man: "But there could be great rewards for doing so! Technology! Sciences! Maybe even information! I believe the benefits outway the risk."

Woman: "Even so, it all comes down to what the leaders of NESDEC, the Head Councilor, and High Command say. We'll have to wait and see what they decide." And with that they sit in silence while the base moves along woth their duties.

Protectorate hungary

The Grand Senate, Buda, Hungary. President Jason Coro-Coro had called his parliament for a special meeting - it was usually called twice a month, however needs must and it would have to be called a third time on this occasion. He was going over his notes for his speech - he knew it had to be perfect, otherwise parliament wouldn’t support him; and despite having worked on it for over a month, he had constant nagging doubts that it was terrible.
There was no more time for that, however, as a few moments after he’d finished going over his lines for the sixth time, the huge double doors at the front of the building creaked open slowly and two lines of politicians cams in single file - on the left, the government made up of the Christian Socialist part; the right, the opposition, the led by the farmer-labourer party, along with numerous other small parties.
As the members of parliament took their seats, Jason took to the stage in between the two sets of benches, cleared his throat, then began his speech.

“Fellow Hungarians: eighty-six years ago, the Hungarian economy collapsed, our nation brought to the brink of ruin by excessive spending and budget mismanagement. In our hour of the need, the Kingdom of Svalbard came to our aid, giving us a bailout and allowing our fledgling republic to survive - but not only this, they also leased the territory of Svarizia; the home of their people, an inarguably important symbolic and economic region, to us. They entrusted us with their most prized possession as a motion of trust and solidarity: and now it is time for us to return the favour.
After Jason had finished his speech, the following csőcselék (the Magyar word for parliamentary discussion) was absolute chaos. Regarded, it usually wasn’t exactly the epitome of orderliness, but today it was especially bad; everyone spoke as if their main goal was to out-shout everyone else - worryingly for Jason, this was not just across the floor, but members of his own party were having screaming contests at each other, even on the front bench. Some of these fights even began to become violent as people of opposing views starting throwing punches at each other. Some senators against the return of Svarizia starting calling for Coro-Coro to fight them, however he had already reclusively dipped from the senate and left in his car.
He knew the motion was bound to be controversial, however he had hoped it may go down a little more smoothly than that; but regardless, the coming days were going to be full of strife.

The Island on the horizon

It was safe to say that Dr. Tyson Everett was not a fan of the cold. Looking out his porthole revealed that snow was now falling from the heavens, accumulating on the lip of his window, and falling harmlessly into the dark ocean below.

It was safe to say he really hated the cold right now. Pulling his blanket tighter, he took to re-reading the files on his table for what felt like the 100th time that evening, at least, the parts that weren’t blacked out by ink, that is.

By Congress, how he wished the State Department had at least put him on a ship with decent heating. But no, they had decided to ship him out on the oh so lovely ECN Unyielding. A quaint little corvette half a century out of date, only saved from being scuttled by its long service history during the pacification campaigns. The Unyielding had been his home for the past week and a half while en-route to some new island the Enclave had sunk its teeth into at the edge of the world.

He was still surprised that the claiming of this island had barely shown up in state media broadcast. Usually, the State Department would flaunt newly acquired territory to the citizens of the Enclave in hopes of attracting new settlers to the area, so you could imagine his surprise when it was only mentioned in passing by the media.

But that was neither here nor there. What did matter was the cold that seemed to bypass the ancient bulkhead of his cabin, and leech the heat directly from his bones. He had known it would be cold this far south at this time of year, but he had no idea it would be this cold. He had grown up accustomed to the scorching heat of the wasteland, not the unyielding cold of the poles.

He still didn’t really know why he was en-route to this island anyways. The files he’d been reading had been near useless in their current state, only giving him the faintest idea on what he was getting himself into.

So far, all he knew was that they found something. Something they had not been expecting, or even looking for. They had found ruins. Of what? Of who? He had no idea. From what he could gleam from the report, they had uncovered these ruins during some sort of large scale construction effort currently underway on the island. Apparently, the State Department had found the ruins more interesting than whatever they had previously been working on, and focused their efforts on studying them instead of bulldozing over them and continuing construction, hence why he was currently on a ship freezing his butt off in the middle of the ocean.

At least he wasn’t the only one suffering from the cold. From the limited interactions he had with the crew of the Unyielding, he had learned that dozens of other scientists and scholars had also been brought on to help study and catalog these ruins. He had yet to meet any of these people, as he had barely left his cabin. He just couldn’t brave the cold as some of the others had, and as such, remained in his cabin in the hopes of retaining body heat.

He was able to take solace in the fact that in just a few days time, they’d arrive at their destination and disembark this lemon of a ship, and shack up in the newly built base camp that was rumored to have a great central heating unit.

By Congress he could just imagine the luxurious heat that awaited him in his new posting. Tossing the files onto the nearby table and flicking off his overhead light, he curled up on his uncomfortably cold cot, and dozed off to the thought of a nice warm bed.

Oh Congress, he couldn’t wait to get to this island.

To be continued...

Neyde spears kingdom wrote:Neyde sat sullenly in her room.

The Republic of AusValia

OOC: Cheers all. I am back after a nice break, well kind of a break. Anyways, just continuing from where I left off with an election. I have been roleplaying on Discord and got use to writing short "get to the point stories" so bare with me as my writing skills will be on the low side and not comparable to you all.

Election Day

9:00 AM

Polls are open across the entire country as people begin to file in to cast their vote for the next leader of Australia. The candidates have been preparing for what could be a very close election, as early exit polls show a dog fight across the country. To make matters even more complicated, Independent candidates are polling just as high as party candidates, meaning this election could very close, it will certainly be a long night for all. President Williams voted first thing this morning in his home town, while UFP candidate, Thomas Westmoreland voted alongside his wife just a few minutes ago. ACP candidate William McAvoy said he will spend the day campaigning, a last ditch effort to reach some undecideds.

1:30 PM
Exit Poll Update: (Not the final tally)

Westmoreland/Baker (UFP)- 209,716
McAvoy/Hurst (ACP)- 225,684
Meko Haze (IND)- 400,012
Howard Stackhouse (IND)- 133,588

Lower House
UFP- Chances of majority- 58%
ACP- Chances of majority- 41%

Upper House
ACP- Chances of majority- 50%
UFP- Chances of majority- 50%

9:30 PM

Polls are now closed across the country as the hard task now moves to counting each and every vote. UFP candidate Thomas Westmoreland has shown a strong lead throughout the day with ACP candidate William McAvoy falling behind. While there is still a long way to go before declaring a winner, it is clear to see Westmoreland is in a comfortable postion. Howard Stackhouse, meanwhile, is leading with the Independent vote, however still far behind either of the party candidates. Stackhouse has so far recieved more votes than any other independent candidate in the nation's history. Stackhouse is polling very high with young voters, up 14% from the last election.

President Elect Stackhouse

Howard Stackhouse has just been declared the winner of the Australian election, breaking many firsts. Stackhouse will not only be the oldest person to hold office, but he will be the first Independent to hold elected office. President Elect Howard Stackhouse was polling behind most of the candidates for a majority of the election, but began recieving a last minute surge, likely picking up most, if not all, of the 8% of undecided voters.

"My father was a mechanic, and my mother a domestic servant, and I never dreamed I'd have this chance to serve so many people in so many ways. It would be easy for me to stand here a declare a sweeping mandate for this term, but I can't do that. This was a razor thin election. I've got a lot of reaching out to do. I am more thankful than I can ever say, that you have given me an opportunity that comes to few people, perhaps fewer are worthy of it."

NU VISION WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

After much delay the NU vision winner will finally be announced! We only received 5 voters which is slightly annoying BUT we did have a close race!

Finishing last with no points, sadly United Kingdom of Miotia-Candor didn't manage to gain favour this edition
In joint second to last, The Soviet state of Svalbard and Thanedom of jon finish with 15 points each.
And lastly in the lower half, New Republic of Frontera's slimey entry garnered 20 points, which has caused great annoyance amongst the smile population.

Moving on however, things got really close with our top four!
Arwindom finished with a very strong 45 points, getting the most points at the start, and no wonder with the fantastic song they entered.
SO this leaves us with the final three: Corlenia Kjanu and somehow us. Two of these nations finished with 50 points each, but one edged out the win with 55 points.

and
the
winner is..........

Kjanu!!!
Congratulations! You slightly odd folk have won for the second straight time with a fantastic song! For your reward you get a large supply of Pumpkins, some Autumnal spiced candles and a free WMD of your choice!

So that's it for this edition, stay tuned for our Winter NU vision in December!
