The Glorious Technocratic State of Imperium of Josh You expect me to have put thought into that? Smh |
We have no anthem. If you are not silent during such formal matters, you are shot. It’s that simple for us. Sand union and Proteus C |

Today's Question of the Day: It's pretty normal for someone to have a best friend in real life, is it normal for someone to have a worst enemy too? Do you have a worst enemy? |
The Pirate Archipelago Nation of Kayestha I am my worst enemy. |
That's tragic, Kay. |
The Glorious Technocratic State of Imperium of Josh Probably did, when I was younger |
The Federation of North Weeklingz Yes. A super annoying kid who for some reason hates me in particular. |
The concept of having a best friend is something that is deeply ingrained in our society. From a young age, we are taught the importance of friendship and the value of having someone who we can trust and confide in. But what about having a worst enemy? Is it normal or even necessary to have someone who we consider our worst enemy? It may seem like an odd idea, but the truth is that many people do have a worst enemy. This enemy may not necessarily be someone who we have had a long-standing feud with, but rather someone who we strongly dislike or have negative feelings towards. Having a worst enemy can serve as a contrast to having a best friend. Just as we have someone who brings out the best in us and makes us feel loved and supported, we also have someone who brings out our worst traits and triggers negative emotions in us. This can be seen as a sort of balance in our interpersonal relationships. But the question remains, why do we have worst enemies? In some cases, it may be a result of unresolved conflicts or differences in opinions and beliefs. In other cases, it may be due to envy or jealousy, leading to a sense of animosity towards that person. Personally, I do not have a worst enemy. However, I have encountered people who I would consider my least favorite individuals. These are people who I have had negative interactions with or who have shown traits that I strongly dislike. While I wouldn't necessarily consider them as my worst enemies, I do make a conscious effort to avoid them and limit my interactions with them. Having a worst enemy can also serve as a learning experience. It teaches us how to handle difficult people and situations, and also helps us to better understand ourselves and our own boundaries. In some cases, a worst enemy can also motivate us to push ourselves further and strive to be better, as we do not want to be seen in a negative light by that person. In conclusion, having a worst enemy may not be seen as a normal or desirable aspect of our relationships, but it is something that can occur in our lives. It is important to recognize the reasons behind having a worst enemy and to not let it consume us or control our actions. And for those lucky enough to not have a worst enemy, it is important to appreciate the positive and nurturing relationships we have with our best friends. Bingusell and Sand union |
Wow, great writing! Kudos to the writer. |
The Raving Wormy Republic of Bingusell The worst I have is my friend's ex who kept trying to gaslight me into being gay and just all around sucked while they were together. Now, she just bothers me constantly about if my friend is doing alright after they broke up. He's doing completely fine btw. |
There is this guy at my work, and we had to move some wood from the truck and it was big. And he thinks that I do not do any work. So he says " start working, you do not do anything" as i'm unloading this 48 feet tall wood truck and he is sitting on his phone... |
The Democratic Republic of Suomalainem Amhrán na bhFiann! ("A soldier's song") This is only because I haven't as of yet wrote a national anthem for my nation, so for the time being it will be my Homeland's national anthem (Ireland). |

The Hypnos Worshippers of Antarctic SARNZ In school I did maybe. But now I have no obligations to be in the same space as anyone I don't like, so no enemies now I think. |

The Democratic Republic of Suomalainem That's awesome man! I applied for citizenship two weeks ago. |
Not necessarily an enemy, but I think it's fairly normal that we have people we dislike for one reason or another. And there can be a person we feel most resentment towards. |
