The worst I have is my friend's ex who kept trying to gaslight me into being gay and just all around sucked while they were together. Now, she just bothers me constantly about if my friend is doing alright after they broke up. He's doing completely fine btw.

No, not really There are people I don't like, but being bitter and holding grudges isn't fruitful. I try my best to hold myself to those standards although I'm not perfect.
Not necessarily an enemy, but I think it's fairly normal that we have people we dislike for one reason or another. And there can be a person we feel most resentment towards. It's also inevitable that some people will dislike us. You cannot go through life without that kind of antagonism, and without enemies the commandment to love them would be moot.
