It is like a bomber, for wiping out small areas quickly and precisely. Or it can be made larger for the end of world scenarios. It is also painless. Much more painless than a gun or even a nuke if you are far enough. It has a variable range and is mostly used for precise attacks.
That was just the tester, the Main Satellite will be a lot higher. The Tester was like a plane to see if they work as it was easier to fly up and bring back down.
The Testing is complete and now we need some more mappers in the four Cardinal Directions(From the Base) so North, South, East, and West of the base with a decent amount of distance.

I took 3 months to develop mine and they still aren't perfect... Prepare for a Rollercoaster of a ride.
We have planted mappers in the ocean surrounding Oceania. So now we have some level of extra accuracy. Now we will code it to understand human words and code these Mappers to coordinate and teach it how coordinates work so it can determine the distance of each mapper and turn it into coordinates.
