The scope of what roleplay and spamming are is naturally different for different players. I can respect that other people have different views on what constitutes RP and spamming. I also recognise different views on the moderation of the RMB – which reminds me of 2015–6, when I was caricatured as tyrannically over-bearing 🙄 (see posts by Outer Prussia ?, I forget the exact name) – and how people might view inaction as an abdication of responsibility and how others would view action as tyrannical violations of free speech rights. People ought to understand that there are tradeoffs and also that the specific tradeoffs can be changed by votes tabled by the commission.

Second, I think it's important for people to be forthright about what they believe and why they believe it. The people who posted after this quote talking about defamation ought not misrepresent the what the law prohibits. While defamation restrictions were more strict in the past, they are mostly blown open for people who are public officers in the region. And people ought not be silent as to what they think is improperly administered or what needs changing in the region.

The only Welsh flag I accept without a Dragon on it is the Cross of St David. XD
However, despite the lions, I like that it resembles the actual Welsh flag, as it carries over the Bicolor.
