Hoping not to compromise its neutrality and accepting that the situation is becoming critical, the Supreme Conclave has agreed this past Monday that 2000 Qastari police forces will be received into the country and arrive on official mission to serve as the foreign component of the Ralzawr National Police after the proposal was made to the Foreign Affairs Department of the Academic Council prior to its dissolution. This action, although controversial, will allow Zancasyi International Avenue to be secured by more reliable troops for the foreign diplomatic corps, thus allowing more officers to focus on maintaining public order, lost more than two weeks ago in the center of the country, and finally put everything back on track.

Under the agreements stipulated by both states, these new elements will be guided by the statutes governing our own troops and will only be allowed to carry non-lethal weapons within the national territory, so citizens should not fear for their integrity and are requested to respect their presence. Moreover, they are present to improve the tactical and strategic knowledge of our internal security institutions during their stay, so all future trainees under their care are asked to accept their guidance and try to show them the gallantry and intelligence of the Ralzawrian people.

At present, the General Command of the National Police has prepared their lodging and is personally leading them from the Kewait Airport for their transfer by sea to the Port of Zancasyi, from where their mission will be effective as Relief Teams and they will receive freedom of action, framed under the agreements already established with the representatives of the government of President Mareqi in her Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Their main objectives should be the pacification of the National University of Sylath and the recovery of the Holy Family of Zancasyi, seat of the regional governmental representation, although of equal importance is the rescue of the main transportation terminals, such as the International Airport, since it has barely been able to operate at half capacity due to the disturbances in its surroundings.
