Protests for Higher International Involvement

Recent protests pushing for Taehung to get involved more in the international community have severely intensified within the past few days. Liberal Preaident Chae-Yeong has always been cautious of getting Taehung into possibly dangerous situations, but the people are tired of what is essentially isolation.

The Conservative Party has used this against the President in their attempts to gather dirt on her to decrease her popularity in time for the election next year.

Incheon’s Mayor deployed Incheon Riot Police to push the protestors back as the protest size is growing out of control.

The President has responded to the protests by pushing the Government for getting involved more instead of sitting everything out and missing out on many things, such as diplomacy and trade connections.
