With Ralzawr official declaration is in effect, any trade ship and foreign program toward it will be postponed and embargoed. The direct act of prohibition on the independent individuals of foreign stature that are not entangled within Ralzawr is an outright breach of international law. Thus while not a full part of World Society, the un-official stance of the state will be condemnation but due to the spirit of neutrality, harmony, and balance within our culture our official stance will be neutrality.
