I've decided to add the following regions to my MATRIX:
- Sao Tome and Principe
- Saint Petersburg
They were delayed as the ORACLE embassies were not yet ready.

found Brunei to add to my Matrix list. When I saw Gambia, it was already too late to add it to the list. next round
