Yeah, Balder overall has been consistently more corrupt than the world average for a long time. It starts to even out when you get to the REALLY high or low corruption though. (I'm in the top like 0.09% in Balder and 0.08% in the world for Integrity, the opposite of corruption, so I can see the reverse situation.) hope i can achieve number 1 in lowest crime ratings safety to me is my top priority so is the enviroment and defense
