| Arriving in Berlin during the midday hours was the jet carrying Her Majesty, Empress of Iran, Esfir Diba. It has become clear that Empress Esfir has taken on a new diplomatic route for Iran, one that dates back to 1970s and that she and her cabinet are ready to deliver on the new path. Germany and Iran have had good relations since the 1932 but it was after 1953 that the two countries began their growing cooperation and friendship which was later solidified in 1974 through the EU-Iran Trade Deal and the highly close cooperation and alliance between the two countries throughout the 1970s. During the 1980s and 1990s, the two countries continued their cooperation on a close footing but during the 2000s the situation began to shift. By 2010s, with closer allegiance with SGRI, Germany and Iran grew distant and despite continuing support of one another the cooperation had not reached it's 1970s height. That is about to be changed.

Stepping out of the jet, wearing a long beautiful azure dress with a dark navy scarf going around it, the Empress smiled and waved at the people and press gathered. Making her way to whoever was to meet her, she would smile and hold her dignity and posture as the German sun beamed on her well kept skin despite her age. |
